I only shop here in a pinch, this store has a terrible smell when you walk in and it is very dirty. If it were more inviting I would shop here more. However, the entire inside and outside needs a face lift. So many other local businesses are putting money into fixing up their establishments. Look at Amato Bros, the new ice cream place, Jalapeños, Aunt Berta's, which all look nice.

Great Family Dollar location. They have a big selection and I like how they have plenty of holiday decorations for a good price and also have a good price on puppy food. The manager is always very friendly and conversational.

The dirtiest family dollar. Roaches on the floor. Expired food and drinks. Found two expired things and they didn't have what I wanted anyway.

I was happy they had helium and looked for specific balloons I needed but not happy I got overcharged for an extra balloon I didn't buy.

Unbelievable experience yesterday while trying to shop with my autistic daughter!As soon as me and my autistic daughter walked into the store a female worker began yelling at my daughter saying. " You can't come in here, leave before I call the cops !"I said to her, "what's the problem" she replies that my autistic daughter came in there before with a fake $10 bill and bought $100 worth of items.After I told my autistic daughter to wait outside; I told this highly sensitive individual, "Don't you ever talk to my child like that again!!"I didn't care to address the fake money because I know for sure my child did not have any fake bills. Why, because I give her $50 a week fresh from TD bank, and she literally goes nowhere else because she's Autistic!!After a brief phone call she made, she says to me she made a mistake and that my autistic daughter originally got the fake $10 bill from her store.. Obviously I am livid at this point but I said to her. "Why did you accuse my child inaccurately.. "she said, we traced the numbers on the bill and we have surveillance footage. I said ok go, show it to me! But of course it's not available.To make a long story short; this woman is out of control. She claims to be the stores manager and if she is, I'm shocked that family dollar allows people like her who plays detective work on innocent people without any proof!!!My guess is, they may have had a fake bill, but I know for sure it did not come from my child. If anything, one of her employees messed up and she thought my daughter would be the scapegoat... WELL I DON'T THINK SO!! I WILL RELENTLESSLY REACH OUT TO CORPORATE OR ANYONE WHO ACTUALLY CARES TO BRING THIS LEVEL OF IGNORANCE TO LIGHT !!!I'd like to add, because of this stores manager CSI INACCURATE INVESTIGATION, SHE NOW HAS MY AUTISTIC DAUGHTER MORE AFRAID OF DOING THE ONE THING SHE CAN DO AND ENJOYS THE MOST: JUST SIMPLY GOING TO THE STORE!!SHAME ON THIS WOMAN!!!

From Denise Rossetti constantly holding up lines talking to customers in a inappropriate manner to her embarrassing me infront of the whole store. Me and my family shop there every day and the staff is always super friendly. We will avoid dollar general while Denise is there, I am still blown away by what transpired. After realizing people were standing in the deodorant aisle awaiting in line seeing the other employee ring up 5 things to denise’s talking she screams ‘stand in line” and I replied with “ I am in line” and she says “ on the blue things it isint a new procedure” that I did not notice and began to degrade and belittle me. Then she tells me to “throw my items on the ground and leave” after saying okay and asking for her name she then says I don’t have a mask ( to justify making me leave) well the other employee ‘ customers and video would show I did have ONE.. blown away from the un fair treatment I went thru after having nothing but pleasant experiences

I had the worst experience today with a supervisor name Brianna.She was very rude and looked like she was high off some type of drug!As a supervisor I feel like she should have patients when dealing with customers!
