“Renting from Enterprise in Cherry Hill was one of thr easiest experiences I've had. I was picked up and taken to their office. The process of checking out my rented vehicle was quick, easy, and painless. I dropped off my rental on Sunday when they were closed which was very easy to do. The next day I was given a courtesy call and email to confirm that everything was good and they needed nothing from me. I would definitely rent from them again.”

“Yes, it is true, the cars are not like budget or hurts however, i the name of the place is Rent-A- Wreck. That being said, I rented a car from them back in October and the service was impeccable. The owner and staff were kind and professional. I was not surprised that the car was not brand new.Lance and his staff were so kind and generous to me when I was in a really tough spot. The experience has stayed with me and I try to pay it forward. It just goes to show, you can't judge a place by its name. The only thing I don't like, if you go in and tell them you need a car for five days the charge you for the five days.If everything works out that you only needed it for two days they'll take the car back but they won't give you a refund for three days you didn't need it.It dosent feel right. Atleast give you credit for another rental later on.”

“I should have written this review a while ago but let it slip my mind with so much going on. I had won a gift certificate at a wedding show and the certificate was for a three hour Chauffeured Service ride. When I called up I made a special request that I thought they would not be able to accommodate, but was pleasantly surprised that they made it for me. They were on time and very professional. I would use them again when I need to use this type of service. Thank you so much for all of your assistance and look forward to using you again in the future.”

“On Dec 12th i booked a rental car with a one way drop off at the BWI Airport (drop off at Dover, DE). My flight lifted off 2 hours late so I called Budget reservation desk, was told not to worry, car would be available when I landed. After landing, went to BWI Budget desk I was told that my reservation had been dropped when I was 30 minutes late, told the nice gentleman (young, black gentlemen with dreadlocks) that I had called the reservation desk (gave him my reservation number). He found my reservation but it didn't include a one way drop off. Seems the Budget reservation desk had to re-enter my reservation when I was late and didn't catch that it was a one way drop off. The price was over $100 more, not my fault. The nice Budget gentlemen said he'd honor my initial reservation but could not make changes in his system. He said he'd leave a note for the Dover Budget Office and thought it would be ok. It was- kudo's to this gentlemen and to Budget for honoring original price and making a very tired customer super happy.”
