“I've been here on 3 occasions for different services. I have always found them to be honest, courteous, and careful with my vehicle. I recently went there with a flat tire and they repaired it quickly and reasonably when they could have lied and sold me a new one. This is an establishment that realizes the value of repeat business unlike a similar tire store chain located in Haddon Township. I most recently dealt with Alex who I found to be knowledgable and friendly. I didn't get the name of the gentleman who worked on my vehicle, but he was efficient and friendly as well. I will be back whenever I need a service that they offer.”

“Absolutely felt secure and safe with explanations of which tires to purchase and why they were best for my vehicles.
They explained every detail of duration of the tire even thou I had no clue of conversion. The lady took time to explain what to look for as I questioned everything she spoke about. Her patience was remarkable...thx you all”
“I replaced the ecu in one of my vehicles, and needed the anti theft module reprogrammed to work with it.
I called a dozen shops, no one was willing to do it. Locksmiths, local auto repair shops... no one even wanted to try. My only option was to have the car towed to the dealership and have them do their full reprogram on the ecu and module for over 1k. I gave Google another try after the dealership quote and found B&M. They said they could take care of it.
They were at my door in 15 minutes and got the module reprogrammed for a fraction of what the dealership wanted.
I haven't had as good an experience with a company since the nineties.
I can't recommend these guys enough”

“My dad was a mechanic so he always fixed up my car, but since moving to a different state, I needed to find a reliable and honest shop to work on my car. I’m so glad I discovered Monte’s! Hands down they do excellent work and provide fantastic customer service! For context, my boyfriend and I took our cars to Monte’s for inspection. The inspection was affordable and Monte’s provided paperwork and quotes for the necessary repairs to pass. Some of the work I could do myself, so I asked if I could pick the cars back up, do the work and come back for the inspection. Mechanic shops typically have a bad rep, so I was expecting them to be standoffish and unkind about doing my own repairs, but they were so friendly, understanding and just cool with it. It was a nice breath of fresh air, especially being someone who gets really anxious about these types of things. It’s also uncomfortable going from my father doing all the work on the car to then trusting strangers. But Monte’s really provided a comfortable experience. I fixed up the cars, scheduled the re-inspection and brought them back to Monte’s. Inspection passed and back on the road in no time. Some weeks later, the tire on my boyfriend’s car got messed up and we took the car back to Monte’s since we had such a great experience. Then, a month or so later my car wouldn’t start. I knew I could rely on Monte’s to get the job done, so I dropped the car off, they thoroughly checked it out, and fixed it right up. Needless to say, you can rely on Monte’s for you car needs and they’ll take care of it.”
“Ive had the pleasure of working with Chris and the APD crew for years. They have always hit the mark no matter the challenge. Personally I have never had the opportunity to be a receiving party of the APD service and as I already knew it would be it was an incredible job. There was not a spot missed or a crevice not cleaned. My carpets looked immaculate the exterior looked amazing. As most of us know the dealership does a "delivery prep" ,but I wish that this is what my car looked like on the day of delivery . No matter the job APD has it covered. These are some of the best detailers in the state, don't take my word for it read the reviews and check out their work you are guaranteed not to be disappointed. Protect your investment and give the crew at APD a call!”

“Two words come to mind when I think of the folks at Ludlow Auto - kind and efficient. A few months ago, I came in to get a broken mirror looked at. I wasn’t able to return to get it fixed right away, but when I called to reschedule months later, the staff remembered me and was able to get me in the next day. Each time I’ve been in the shop everyone has been personable and knowledgeable, helping me to understand the issues and carefully walking me step by step through the work they’re doing. “I took my 2001Jaguar XK8 convertible to several shops and none of them could repair the problem I was having. A friend suggested Desi Auto Care. I called them and they were very nice on the phone. I took my car there and they repaired it correctly. It took them a little while but they did an excellent job. The people working there were very nice. I will definitely use them again and refer them to anyone with an exotic car. Cudos!”

A lot of times with other places … they charge me and then come to find out they didn’t even do what they said needed to be done… also I love the fact in the shop you can sit in their waiting room and see thru the glass that they are working properly and efficiently on your car! Their prices are reasonable considering this inflation we are all going thru… I am a very satisfied customer!”
