Oakland needs to just close their photo department. I have never seen a department run so bad. You wait for weeks to get a same day print order. Then there is no one to help you when you get there. They have given me every excuse ran out of paper, no ink and now this order they lost and can't print asked me to reorder and then tells me it will be the same price. Really what about the inconvenience? He says we will give you a discount but says he still does not see me order. I said I will deal with it all when I pick up. Omg I should have never stopped going to wyckoff but oakland is closer for me.

just terrible at making prescriptions. they are lazy and never make them in time you will wait for them for hours longer than u expected

pharmacy help is always different when I go there except for one woman. maybe that is why they are so disorganized and unhelpful. I have decided not to use them anymore to fill prescriptions. Another problem with the pharmacy is there is always long lines and a very long wait. In addition, the men's bathroom is always disgustingly filthy. Unfortunatel, I used the men's room several times over the last two years and each time it was absolutely filthy. Where is the Oakland Board of Health? Avoid Walgreens in Oakland.

Considering this is a pharmacy that specializes in healthcare products, vaccines and other health related products, the mens restroom has been unbearably filthy and stinks beyond belief. We have complained to corporate but to NO AVAIL!! In addition the outside of the store has a broken trash can with garbage strewn all over. When mentioned to the store manager he brushed it off and said "we'll take care of it later." That's DOUBTFUL since the mens room hasn't been cared for in literally 6 months. SHAME ON YOU WALGREENS!!

This Walgreens puts u on hold and has u rate their store before they pick up the call. After u rate them they are short and nasty and give u as vague an answer as they can at the pharmacy! I would not recommend them because they did not care to answer a simple question. CVS is packed with customers for a reason. Rather wait in line at CVS then b treated like a nothing. Cvs pharmacist is kind and caring and as busy as they r will always take time to help.

Not more than one spot and trying to get it setup, printed, assistance to use... You're better off with any other place possible. Don't expect courtesy or anyone able to assist.

Worst Walgreens everrrr!!! The photo department is the worst. They never have the pictures ready when they say. Ever!!! They are rude. They don't even offer a discount after promising a time and not delivering. The mgmnt team is rude. This is hands dwn the WORST Walgreens. Disgusting customer service. Go to any other location but this one trust me...u will not disagree lol

I was helped out by Kristy the Pharmacy Tech this evening. She couldn't have been more professional and extremely polite. With service like hers I'm gonna choose Wallgreens as my local pharmacy. With such hard times finding great help, I believe she deserves a raise.

I was very satisfied with my dinner choice! My waitress provided my table with free refreshments as soon as we walked through those beautiful sliding glass doors. Their green tea (hence the name) is fantastic, and you can't beat their top selling appetizer, the deep fried Walgreens Walnuts. My boredom was ephemeral at most, credited to the live music show put on by Green Day. Good Riddance to my struggling lungs as the establishment prescribed me an inhaler (the concert smoke got to me) to make sure I was Still Breathing, or else this may have been my Last Night on Earth. The protein bars are overpriced, though.
