What a scam of a place. Sold me on the no interest credit card then get you into a crazy (7.5%) personal loan that’s no difference compared to a 22% interest credit card. Stay away! They really fooled me with how they worded the loan in selling it. Unbelievable that this is legal but that’s the way they work!

I have repeatedly tried to get a loan with this bank and so far it has denied me, while other banks have helped me with loans, loans that I have made paying responsibly and on time, I am looking for another federal bank that has another deal for the costumer.??

I've been a customer since 2013, honestly the best customer service I've had at any bank. They go above and beyond.
