Very kind and friendly staff, Eunice is always so kind, fair, and organized. Surprised to see that people had some bad experiences because I have never had a problem here :)
They have premium services for a fair price here that you won't see in other stores, best place to make your work clothes neat and professional. I look like a boss at work ?

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had been a loyal customer to VIP cleaners for decades. This morning after the gym, I went in, not realizing I did not have a payment method with me. For the sake of not wanting to be late for work, I asked if I could have ONE dress shirt out of the $72 worth of items I have to pick up, and was told “NO!” It was already annoying their prices have gone up since they’re marketing themselves as “organic,” but tomorrow I will go back and pick up what I have there and end the 25+ year relationship I have had with them. Long overdue severance, admittedly.

AWFUL COMPANY WHO RUINED MY CLOTHES! DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING DELICATE! They cleaned my favorite silk pants and got black stains all over them and damaged all the feathers. I nearly passed out when I saw what they did to my pants. These were $1600, brand new, worn one time only and sold out so I was beyond devastated!! When I asked them to refund me for the cost of the pants they categorically refused, blaming the manufacturer for the damage. In fact, they blamed everyone but themselves. Wonderful service for a week-lead time prom alternation. They did a phenomenal job on hemming my daughter's prom gown that had intricate beaded netting. We came in about a week prior to the prom and they were able to rush the work without sacrificing quality. Thank you!

I have used this cleaner for several years and havent had any major problems until now. When someone say s the clothing will be ready on Friday, you would expect to be able to pick it up any time on Friday. I am leaving on business Friday afternoon and now they tell me it will not be ready until 5pm. This is unacceptable since I gave them 4 days to have it ready. Last time I brought them clothing they said they were concerned because business was slow. I will tell you, it will get a lot slower by treating your customers this way.

CUSTOMER BEWARE! I have been going here for many years. Several years ago the business changed ownership. On this visit, I dropped off a brand new right out of the package dress shirt to be pressed. Well, upon picking up the shirt I was charged $6.50 for "spot cleaning " around the collar because of heavy dirt. When I explained to the woman that the shirt was brand new and never even worn , she insisted that she informed me of this upon drop off. She refused to do anything about the ridiculous price charged. She then explained that the shirt would not fit in the pressing machine. WTH! Needless to say that I won't be visiting this rip off joint anymore. Very unethical and very dishonest business practices.

This store has no regard for anyone’s belongings. Took my expensive jumpsuit there to be dry cleaned and got it back with the strap completely torn off. They knew they did it because they safety pinned it to be able to put it on the hanger. Called the store to have it refunded since obviously they know they ripped it due to the safety pin and he actually SCREAMED at me. I have never been treated so poorly as a customer. They have absolutely no professionalism or respect for their customers and their belongings. We will absolutely never be using them again. I would highly suggest looking elsewhere.

They ripped the Cuffs off my expensive shirts and communicating with the rude woman behind the counter who was lacking in the English language was impossible. I went elsewhere after 1 month.
