This office continually ignores scheduled package pickups. Today our mail was delivered when it was clear out, but the package was left behind… and was consequentially left in the rain by the time I got home. Unbelievable how lazy our carrier is. The box literally 2lbs, but she can never be bothered to actually honor the scheduled pickups.

I inquire in Oakland postal office this afternoon , 22nd of November 2023 to hold all my mails and my wife starting November 28 through December11 , 2023 since we will out of town, I was informed we could not be accommodated due to reason postal service do not allow It ; is this True, never heard of it all my Life Please help .Mr, and Mrs, Danton A. They do give accurate change when buying a stamp with $100, but they do not respect the first amendment or surv-AI-Lance. They also lie and record you after stating that recording is a federal offence.

All the stars for John, who helped me with passport things today. Negative stars for the woman taking pictures for the passport and processing- she rolled her eyes and huffed when I had a question. In general she was super rude, and I was nothing but polite? If it had been busy I might have understood the frustration, but it wasn't and she didn't even try to help get my documents correct.

I just want to recognize John for his amazing service. I’ve brought my 3 children to complete passport applications over the last two years in Oakland. He’s such a polite and kind person, who always has a smile and exceeds my expectations of costumer service.

I think the people giving one star have never been to another post office. Place is fast, competent, and friendly. It's shocking how many people show up unprepared. If your package is not ready to mail, Google it to make sure you're good to go. Lack of preparation on your part is not their problem.

Worst service ever. Chatting in the back and let customers wait. Yelling at customers. Straight up rude. Seriously, I even feel sorry for the worker here, must be hard to hate the job and customers and still have to show up.

Front desk worker doesn’t care to help. Went to ship a package and the older man at the counter seemed bothered that i didn’t have the label information already on the package. Instantly feeling awkward as if I’m “inconveniencing” him I offered to go online and generate the label myself. There was no service in the store so I stepped outside which btw was raining insanely (I didn’t prepare my package prior because i was running around all day but i didn’t think I’d be a problem doing it at the store) after going online and buying the shipping label he asked for the QR code to scan the label at the counter but I just wasn’t able to locate the QR code on the mobile app since it’s different from the desktop. I asked if he would be able to just print it for me and he literally told me no and suggested I go to the nearby staples a few blocks away to print it. Seriously? TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! He didn’t even try to help me locate the QR code but was okay with sending me out the store where someone else would deal with what he could’ve EASILY helped out with, print out the label! Sad how people can be so selfish and really not care for others despite the career field they chose to be in. That being said I didn’t ship the package, I’ll be printing the label when I get home and dropping it off at another USPS!

1. I had fragile stickers literally all sides on the box, the worker threw my box when I am standing front of him.2. one day I had 4~5 boxes to send at once, the worker treated me as if I am doing something terrible.3 most of times when I go to this post office, no one says hi, one woman when she is alone, didn't even bother to help until I asked for a help. not sure who manages this office but seriously the worst experiences I had ever had.
