“If you need a mechanic go see Jake. This place is no joke. They have a night drop and late pickup box securing your keys which is nice so you don’t have to rush to pick up your car. They send you a full report with a quote that you check what you want done and what you don’t and hit authorize. The prices were fair considering the Audi dealer would have been twice the price. They sent pictures in the app of the tires in the back of the car and showed what the issue was. They even said they added the alignment to the quote but it didn’t actually need it so they removed it from the bill. They sent a link with the invoice and paid right on my phone. Not sure how many places would be this honest. Just saying I will be brining all of my cars to them moving forward.”
“If you are looking for an honest mechanic Josh is your man. Recently took my vehicle there to look at the brakes because of rubbing sound. He pulled the tires and checked the brakes and let me know the pads and rotors were fine and let me know what the issue was (non mechanical). After all that he didn’t charge me a dime. They did a great job on my car, Luis is a very helpful guy he drove my car before the alignment and after the alignment to make sure my car was aligned properly.Good job guys!! “This is literally the best car shop I’ve ever been, transmission shop to be more specific. Mr. Chris is one gentleman who’s been in business for over 40 years, kind and willing to help. On top of his extremely busy schedule, he took his time explaining in great details on my car situation, showing me all evidence, did a test drive with me, and wrote me a detailed quote recording the process. Maria at front desk was amazing too. I highly recommend this transmission shop.”

“This place is absolutely amazing. I drive an older car (thankfully under warranty), which I had to bring in 3 times in the span of a month for upkeep. They replaced my water pump and radiator the first time, my suspension the second, and my brake system the third time. The car drives like it’s brand new and it was so refreshing to go to a mechanic who looked at me and treated me as an adult rather than acting as if I was a young girl with no idea what I was talking about. “Had to bring my 2017 Hyundai Tucson in for a bad engine I just can’t explain how good of an experience it was dealing with Noah he was so straight forward NO hidden costs and as fast as they were able to get the parts is as fast as I got my car back plus he threw in extra parts and labor for free now you tell me who is doing that took all my phone calls or called me back ASAP never told me something just to make me happy spoke the the truth 100% of the time just an overall pleasant experience considering I was never at his shop or met him before I just took his word from the day I brought it in and WoW was I happy I did and I think I called everywhere in NJ getting quotes and nooone I mean NOONE came close to his price also you get a great warranty I know engine work is an expense no one wants to deal with but you would be a Fool not to call him first you won’t be sorry Thank You Again K&K”

“Let's face it, we all live a very busy life whether it is with work, kids, school, etc. and when something goes wrong with your vehicle especially with transmissions the first thing that crosses your mind is, time & money. Not only was Lorenzo very professional and very thorough when explaining what the issue was, but also he was done fixing my truck's transmission in only three days and to top it off the price was very reasonable. “I had my 2008 Ford F-250 brought in after some shop screwed up my front end at a place in Ny state. Total Performance is the best shop in the AREA hands down , the guys fixed my front end, rebuilt my rear due to it was howling, starter replaced , and now I’m bringing my truck back for more work to be done cause Ford sucks when it comes to rotting. My truck is lifted with 37x12.50r17 2 door supercab with an 8 foot bed. I couldn’t be more happy with the work they have done all the times replacing those parts that I listed, and the staff are amazing and I can’t forget the owner and his lovely wife that helped me with my quotes. “This place was fantastic! I blew a tire on my travel trailer on the Thruway And I was towed to Mahwah To a tire place that was supposed to have what I needed. When we got there, they didn’t and I called at least a dozen local tire places with zero success. I called this place and the guy was so helpful although he did not have the exact tire I needed. He was able to sell me another one that was very similar. I ended up buying two which meant I needed to drive back to my trailer. Install the one tire bring the trailer back to him to install the second tire. The place stayed open an hour later for a complete stranger and saved my family vacation!!!! Had it not been for them my travel Trailer would have been sitting in the middle of a grocery store parking lot certainly overnight. My food would have spoiled and we never would have been able to get back on the road the same evening. Good people still exist! Luckily I live pretty local and will be using them from here on out!”
