If all you want is a buzz cut. That's what they're good for. If you want somebody to style hair. Go somewhere else. Because I said I didn't like the cut. She deliberately cut my neck with a dull shaver. That bled for a while. Also because I didn't like the cut. She took a picture. She thought it was hilarious. That a section of my hair was thinning out. Pointing and laughing at it. With other people in the shop! ( I guess it doesn't matter. That I have been sick and disabled.) The manager did absolutely nothing! Even after I said to the manager. That I couldn't believe. That they would treat a customer like that. She did absolutely nothing. It's a shame that you have to be. Physically and mentally abused by their employees. Just because, I didn't like the cut.
I tried to let the shop owner know. But just got the run around. From everybody in between.

I only go to this franchise. Every time I go I never wait longer than a few minutes, we talk about what style would look best with me, I never get the same thing twice and it comes out perfect every time. They're extremely friendly and never a dull moment!

If you want to bring your toddler for a haircut to this place, DON’T. Not kid friendly at all. I was informed my the manager that I couldn’t bring my three-year-old son back because he was too fidgety(HE’S 3).
