“I come to this UPS location regularly and have never experience anything but stellar customer service. Ed, Drew, and the weekend staff are always friendly and helpful.To those complaining about the cost of printing or boxes, yes supplies (including paper) have gone up everywhere.And I’ve also been told they need the outside brown box but they showed me where it says “customer packed” on the return code. In that case, it needs to be in the right box. I have never experienced this UPS trying to upsell.This is a busy location and I think the staff is doing that best they can moving the queue and answering questions. Give them a break, and a smile!”
“I have been to the UPS store many times for printing out items for school, printing personal items, and Amazon returns. I am the one who always walks in with a box and 2 bag loads of returns to be scanned…I am always very organized with the codes all attached to return bags to make to process go easier. They are always so accommodating, helpful and friendly at the store. I always appreciate their patience with me. Thank you!”

We simply emailed him the design and a description of what we wanted and he transformed it into exactly what we were looking for. The design came out very clear and the T-shirt quality overall was excellent and he did it in such quick turnaround. His prices were the most reasonable of anywhere I shopped around.
