SHOP LOCAL...Need paint stop at Pete & John's Paint Market in Oakland. Excellent customer service..helpful with color selection, paint finishes and the tools needed for the job. Barbara is great to work with and has a good eye for color.

Best paint store! Very Friendly service. Both Pete and Barbara are so knowledgeable. They are helpful with all paint needs, even color choice. They also have a great selection of wallpaper, including high end designer paper. They carry Hunter Douglas Blinds. The owner comes out to your home measures and installs. I must say they have everything you need when redecorating. As soon as you walk in you feel like you're in an old fashion local store where the owner cares about his customers. We need more stores like this locally.
