I’ve been wearing my diamond ring for 10 years and have not been able to get it off due to an enlarged knuckle. After trying many various methods to remove it that did not work, I decided to leave it on. I recently lost one of the diamonds and was terrified to have my ring cut off. I assumed I would need a new setting and this would be a costly process, but M&S assured me they could fix my ring and I would not need a new setting. Not only did M&S make this process easy, but they transformed my ring into the beautiful ring it once was 30 years ago. My ring looks gorgeous and sparkly and brand new again! I absolutely cannot stop looking at it! M&S is my new jeweler and I highly recommend!

My wife brought her Movado watch in for battery replacement. It was returned to her without the original crown & was unable to change the hands to set the time, then all movement stopped. When mentioned to the owner, he denied wrongdoing. I will never go there again!

We’ve been buying from Sam for close to 20 years! He and his staff are amazing! Even my crazy last minute requests are met with “not to worry, I’ll get it done! From redesigning my original engagement ring to building a unique cocktail ring ( always get compliments on and asked where I got it!) He recently created a sapphire pendant for my daughter in wear on her wedding day.

I went here on the recommendation of a good friend. I saw a pair of earrings on their website, but they no longer carried them. I still came in and Donna was very nice to work with. I had spoken with Marsha, the day before and Sam was very gracious. (Marsha and Sam are married and the owners). Thank you so much!
