We ordered this backpack which my son loves and the handle stopped working after about 8 months. I contacted the company and they are sending me a new backpack. Great customer service. Outstanding company who stand by their warranty.

I purchased a rolling backpack in October, 2023. My kid has been extremely rough on it and it still looks great.
