Core Golf Performance Lab is a fitness and training center focused on improving golf performance and overall fitness. The training greatly improves golf posture, rotation, and iron distances. The programming balances mobility and strength with golf-specific moves behind each exercise. It provides the fitness that pros get, which is important for older golfers to maintain their game. The trainers have tremendous knowledge of anatomy and exercise science. They provide an initial assessment and tailor a program to individual needs and possible limitations. The customer service is second to none. Workouts are varied and the camaraderie is great. Clients see improvements in strength, flexibility, endurance, distance, and accuracy. The training helps with back, shoulder, and body issues, allowing for more practice without pain. It is highly recommended for anyone serious about golf and overall fitness, as core strength and flexibility are essential to continue playing and enjoy life.
