They WRECKED my Coach bag. I dropped off white Coach bag with a couple of stains. What I got back was an even MORE STAINED bag with the colors running all over the bag. And then PROCEEDED TO CHARGE ME FOR IT. Like a dummy, I paid. I was just so upset. The woman proceeded to tell me that the dyes ran because the appliqués were pigskin and not leather. I told them, "This looks worse than when I dropped it off!". "Careful Cleaners?" I think not. I think the original owners sold it because I have been coming there for years and never seen those individuals before. Definitely gone downhill. Will not be returning.

I have been coming here the last few years for all my alterations and repairs. They were even able to repair a rip I had in my snowboard gloves. I would never go anywhere else because the service, price, and quality of work here just can't be beat.

They saved my dress!! I had a hard to get rid of stain and an issue with an alteration that came apart from my previous tailor and this place fixed it in a day!!
