Ok so I had a bunch of coin and gold to get gone. This market breeds rotten people who stalk on suckers like me. I must say my guard was down in minutes. Steve, April and George made me feel trusting and open to Steve's enormous knowledge and courtesy. I don't trust anyone, within 10 minutes we had a bond. Good solid people, who earned my trust and I truly believe that they are fair and just in the ways that you are treated.If I were you, go size them up, I promise you that a surprise is about to happen. You will be treated like family and leave satisfied!!!!!

Steve and the team at U.S. Coin Trust were amazing in my opinion. I had invested about 9 months of research into the coins that my siblings and I had inherited from our recently deceased parents. The coins represented my stepfather's life's work -- thousands of coins. I had heard stories alluding to the notion that any coin shop would try to rip you off wherever they could. So I wanted to go in armed with some knowledge about what we had. I don't know that it was entirely necessary given the entirely above-the-board operation that is U.S. Coin Trust. Still, since I did do all that research (which means, a complete inventory of all coins and estimations of their values on a line item basis), I can speak to this in a much more informed way than I could have otherwise; they were 100% honest and fair. I was at the store on a Saturday with them for almost 7 hours. They walked me through every single collection, mint set, proof set, and coin with an expected dollar value for each - while also explaining the 'why' (whether good or bad). It was actually a fun day - very educational. I mean, it is a very sad time - selling a collection that it took one man a lifetime to build...and all the memories that go with it. "Pete's coins' have been something that our family has been aware of and have enjoyed talking about for over 30 years. Because I am sentimental, I even kept some. Anyway they made me feel like a part of the U.S. Coin family for the day; one young guy (I think his name was George), others coming in an out throughout the day (regulars). They really have a wonderful, honest business and I wish them all the utmost success both now and in the future. Thanks Steve - you are top notch. (Sorry it took me a month to get around to this). Patience is a true virtue at US Coin. Steve and his team were amazing and so patient with my elderly in-laws who redeemed some coins and old jewelry. He took time to answer all questions and was very fair in his offers with honesty and alignment to current market values. Look forward to doing more business here.
