Giuseppe and team installed the tile in our entryway and our kitchen. They were very professional throughout and did a fantastic job - removing multiple layers of old flooring and replacing the subfloor. The installed tile looks fantastic and I can't wait for them to finish my backsplash next. I will absolutely come back for any tile work I need done.

Joe and his team are great. The team is respectful of our home and completed the install in weather that was less than accommodating for cutting tile. The bathroom looks great the lever of professionalism is beyond compare. Highly recommend Ideal

I can’t express enough my complete disappointment and frustration with this business. I purchased tile from them back in July 2022. Part of my order was returned the following week ($155 worth of coping). NUMEROUS phone calls later and I am STILL WAITING for my refund. As if that is not bad enough, the woman I spoke to on the phone had a horrible attitude; speaking to me as if I was the problem. Are you kidding me??? Every conversation ended with me being told Joe has to handle it and he’ll get back to me. Joe NEVER got back to me even after my last call about a month ago (November!!!) when Joe actually answered the phone. He remembered me and said he’ll look into it and get back to me. STILL NOTHING! If this doesn’t get rectified very soon, I will be telling my story of horrible customer service to anyone who will listen. I know to some & clearly to Joe this isn’t a lot of money but I work very hard for what I have & this makes me incredibly unhappy.

Customer service was initially above average and the salesperson was super helpful. Once the charge was swiped (full payment required at time of purchase), they completely ignored and did not deliver. We were informed 3 weeks, 4 max for delivery... the last group of tiles came at week 6+1 day. Management was dismissive and kept making promises that were not kept. I highly encourage you to consider your options before purchasing from here- they will have nice things and treat you well upfront, but once your payment is received you will be queued in a disorganized, unprofessional and dismissive manner.

Horrible experience from horrible business with zero customer service. They do not even have the common courtesy to return calls. They took my money and a month later no tile and they will not answer any questions( in person) about were my tile is or even return my calls. The owner is terrible. Do not go here under any circumstances

Purchased polished marble tiles from here. Called to receive an estimate to have ceramic tile removed and have the marble tile installed. The job was very overpriced but we went with it anyway since we purchased the marble tiles from there. At time of estimate discussion was held about laying tile and we questioned as to whether or not spacers would be used. We were advised that no spacers would be used. The tiles had a small bevel and grout line will be very small. Workers showed up 2 hrs late. They talked to us about tile layout. They told us we may not have enough tiles which was ridiculous. We had to over purchase because we could only purchase full boxes . There were 10 tiles per box. When job was finished 7 were left. We actually had to tell them how to lay tile on diagonal. Room was only 31inches wide and the tiles were 12 x 12. The worker tried telling us we were going to have small pieces on one side of the wall. that was pretty scarey. Then after they started laying 3 rows I had my husband take a look. They were using spacers!!!!! We told them that is not what we were told and we did not want spacers so they removed them and adjusted tiles. They were very lax in cutting as they were not getting close to wall. I had to have mu husband bring in baseboard just to make sure tile was too short. Baseboard barely covered one piece so I had to make them remove that. After my complaining they paid more attention when measuring. They didn't even finish laying tiles the first day and the powder room is only 2 ft 6in by 7ft. They completed half. Came back nex day and said they would finish which included the grouting. As far as I know the tiles should be laid and the grout done the next day. Well they said they would use something that dries quicker so they could come back a couple hours later to grout. I noticed that one of the tiles had cracked during install and instead of cutting a new piece they just filled in crack line with grout. This was a nightmare experience. I overpaid for a job that I expected to be professional but it was anything but. We called complaining both days. After much discussion the price was cut by $50.00 but it was still overpriced 150.00. I knew the job was overpriced but took comfort that if the job was done well that would be ok but it was anything but. So sorry my husband and I did not do it ourselves.

First things first. Give them $. God forbid you need to reschedule with them.. You will be waiting by the phone a very long time. Very nice people but very bad communication skills.

This company just finished renovating my bathroom. The staff was extremely professional in handling all phases of this project. They even coordinated their schedule with my painter for me, making every step seamless. I was told all the material was to arrive for installation in about a week, I received a phone call 3 days later that my entire bathroom had arrived and they had a demolition crew gutting my bathroom 5 days from my date of purchase. The Installer, Claudio, was extremely talented in installing sconces I had purchased there, prepping and installing our steam mist system we had also purchased through them as well as the speakers and ipod integration my wife had purchased elsewhere. The quality of work and craftsmanship is second to none The staff at ideal made the whole process as painless as possible and my wife and I cant wait to work with the design team when we are ready to redo the kitchen.

This company has just finished replacing the pan in a stall shower. The entire job took much too long AND was very sloppily done. The last worker in cut the tiles in the bathroom with the cutter on top of our bathroom rug. There was not drop cloth used, no attempt to cover the sink or toilet, leaving tile dust over all the entire bathroom. Additionally, there was a residue of water drips from carrying the cutter down the hall, the stairwell and the front entrance.I cannot in good conscience recommend this company for any sort of bathroom tile work!
