Ian was our salesman and he was excellent. He went above and beyond to be sure my husband( who is physically handicapped and uses a scooter) was safe and could move effortlessly through the various pieces of furniture to get to the area we were interested in seeing. He never pressured us but gave us information so we, and, especially my husband, could make a comfortable decision about what to purchase. He was a blessing !
For the store manager: for those using a scooter, with the currant doors opening right in front of the stairs, it is not safe. It would be safer to have sliding doors because the open doors require the scooter to move perilously close to the stairs to be able to enter the store through those open doors.

Shopping was a very pleasant experience. Our sales consultant, Ian, was informative and helpful. We found the selection of furniture to be perfect and prices were fair. There was no pressure to buy and we felt comfortable throughout the experience.

I went in there just to look for a dinning room set and to my surprised I bought a beautiful set. Janice Granito was my sale consultant and she was amazing. She was patient and was welling to move furniture around for me so I could see what looked better. I Definity would ask for her again and again.

The clerk at the finance desk is rude, angry and inexperienced. He charged my credit card in full when my purchase was supposed to be financed. It took numerous phone calls and over a week to get my credit back on my credit card. Delivery was horrible. They wouldn't plug in the adjustable bed frame in the outlet behind the bed because "The bed post was to heavy to move" So they waited until my wife and I moved it ourselves. We are both in our 60's, I'm 140 Lbs and have a heart condition. They were two young, strong men. This store used to be top notch but I don't know what happened. Will not go back again.
