I've been getting my car serviced here for several years now. Kevin and Grant have always provide great service, they're friendly and take their time to explain if anything is wrong. Also, the technician have serviced my car with quality care that I would never go anywhere else.

Why would I drive to your facility, to pay in FULL and then wait for you to order the parts I need. So I use another dealer.

Over the past several years I've purchased a couple of Minis from Mini of Monmouth and they performed the services when needed. I found ALL the staff great to work with. From sales to service. Never had any issues. In fact the sales experience was the best ever. They made it FUN! Whitney and Kyle in Sales were great to work with and Kevin in Service was always able to get the car in and out without issues.

Went in there when it was dead on a Tuesday, and never got helped. There were 4 different attendants sitting at their desks and not one of them even said hi or bothered to look up from their desks. Terrible

Great service department!! The guys explain everything and dont pressure you to get what you dont need. Today they had some service specials that saved us a lot of money. The car was beautifully cleaned free of charge. Every appointment has been a pleasure

I was disappointed in the service I received from Michael Sullivan. He was short and aggressive with me, which I took to believe was because I am a woman and he didn't think I knew what I was looking for while shopping for a car. I've done my fair share of car shopping and have had nothing but pleasant experiences with other dealerships that didn't try to belittle me due to my gender. His email etiquette was also lacking in that he couldn't be bothered to offer a greeting, instead an aggressive single-sentenced question. I also took into account his knee-jerk reaction to badmouth his competitors, which isn't a good look on his part either. I'd much prefer to shop elsewhere simply because of him, and so I will.

I had the best experience purchasing a car at this dealership! Kyle was kind, knowledgable, fair, and honest. As helpful as can be! I'm so happy with my new car and would recommend this staff and dealership to absolutely anyone.

I took my car in and received an alignment today. Ordinarily this would not rate such a positive review however I had taken my car to New country mini in Hartford late last year and they advised me I had to replace numerous components on the front end which I wasn’t unable to do at the time. Ray Catiena affirmed all I needed was an alignment. I am so glad that Ray Catena Mini is a honest shop, they saved me over $1500.

Danielle and Kevin are simply the best! They both have a true understanding and appreciation for their customers' service needs and concerns. Mini's have a way of winning our hearts and becoming family members. Danielle and Kevin get this. I can always be ensured that all services are performed by experienced, qualified, professionals.

I love my MINI but don't use any Mini service center after the warranty expires. They will try and take advantage of you . They wanted to charge me $240 to replace both the engine and cabin air filters. I declined. I replaced them myself. Each filter was $15 at the local auto parts store and it took me 15 minutes. Its a shame that MINI tries to take advantage of loyal MINI owners.
