If I can give this dealership a zero I would. The absolute worst I have ever experienced in the 10 cars I have owned/ leased in my life. I made an appointment at 8:45 am and was told the recall work would take about 1-1.5 hours. 4.5 hours later the car was brought around and I was told it was done. The moment I get in the car, I can tell there is a light on the dashboard showing 1 of the issues is still there. I told the reps 5 times all of the issues yet no one checked they were all done before bringing the car around. From the sales reps to service and parts this dealership is by far the biggest piece of garbage and the staff is completely unprofessional as if they were just hired off the street..

By far the worst dealership ever. From the horrible lying sales people. To the receptionist who wont answer the phone till you call from a different number. To management who are a disaster. We now go over an hour away to another dealership to get our car fixed. The repair shop called us asking was your windshield always cracked. lol OMG

From used high end cars to brand new Maserati , Marko is the man to go to . We went in to look for a car for my wife without an appointment and because of Marko we ended up trading in my car and leasing two new Maseratis . Definitely will recommend and do more business with them .

Take your Alfa Romeo for service… approach at your own risk. They WILL NOT help with loaner or rental car. Even with factory warranty and work being service work. My car has been there over 6 weeks…. No loaner… no return calls… and no ETA on my car.

Probably the worst buying experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. I have had to contact this place multiple times and all requests have gone unanswered or left with more confusion and that they will be sending what we need.
We bought a car and can not register the vehicle in our state and no one is helping. We were told we would be sent something on the mail but there has been nothing. NOTHING HAS COME IN THE MAIL. I'm leaving this review in the hopes that we can get some help because I have emailed the support email and nothing.

Worst experience i ever had with a car dealer and service
The service staff there is just so lazy and all they want is money i had to pay for diagnostic 2 times for them to fix my car after i spent more them 3k for them to switch a water pump, and they lost one of my car keys there and wanted to charge me another 3k for a sensor that cost 80 dolars
Now i prefere to drive 40min and go to another location, they dont take this bad reviews seriously otherwise they would have changed but every days it just get worse

It's a scam, fraud. If you see this review you are saved by this scammers. I called them yesterday and asked for a car which was listed in their website, they said it was available told me to come next day. Next day before starting from my location I called them to confirm about the vehicle they said it is available. I reached there after 9 hours of drive. There the real drama starts. I told them that I came for the car I mentioned. The lady came and acted like she is searching for the keys and later saying that car was sold. None of the car on website is available. I again tried to call to their number. Phone was ringing which was behind me and they kept in silent. They all are great actors. I couldn't control my words.

I was initially excited to lease a Tonale from this establishment, given its reputation. Unfortunately, my experience with their customer service has been extremely disappointing, to the point where I'm eagerly awaiting the end of my lease. Despite my fondness for the Tonale itself, I won’t be leasing another Alfa Romeo from this location. The thought of driving to North Jersey for service is more appealing than dealing with this place again.
My troubles began with Jess, who refused to schedule my appointment when I arrived on-site, despite multiple phone calls, messages, and an online service request. Jess insisted I call back later because it was the weekend. After numerous calls, I eventually secured an appointment. However, upon arrival, I was left waiting 30 minutes without assistance before finally being helped. To my dismay, I was directed back to Jess—the same person who had initially turned me away. This level of service is unacceptable. I recommend exploring other options to avoid similar frustrations.

This is the worst alfa Romeo dealership I’ve ever been to between how unprofessional the workers are they would transfer u and it would hang up every time and also to how they worked on the car they left the engine cover off didn’t fill the coolant box up when it was a coolant hose job and didn’t secure the coolant lines down properly. if I was you I would never take my car there unless u want to deal with stress like no other spent all this money for a job they didn’t even finish what a joke of a dealership the owner should be ashamed his workers dragging him down with them .!

The staff at this dealership are liars, thieves, and scammers that create fraud. I am still dealing with this dealership after the auto loan has been resolved, and they did a buyback on the Rover. Eddyson, Marco, and Philip REFUSE to return my calls, text, and emails. They also refuse to refund my down payment of $2,077.80, which they received back from Exeter Finance. I am taking care of the problem and pray these men are fired, and this dealership shut down for good! I will never ever purchase a car online because of this experience.

Do not ever do business with this shady dealership!! They don’t answer or return phone calls and will sell you a high end vehicle with tons of problems and then act oblivious to what’s going on. Beware!

This was my second experience with Alfa Romeo of Monmouth's service department. I plan to return to this shop because of the level of service I receive and have received working with Zoltan Takacs, the Service Advisor. He is knowledgeable in the vehicles under his purview and his recommendations are spot-on. He's an asset to the company and I believe that the clientele appreciates his honest evaluations and solutions. Thank you, Zoltan.
