I purchased a certified preowned Lexus ES350 a little over 1 month ago from Ray Catena Lexus of Monmouth. Last week I noticed a large bubble in my tire. I realized after looking at a pic I took the day I brought the car home, that the bubble was there from day 1. So I brought my car in to service (with the pic) fully expecting to be told that it was my fault and that I'd have to pay for a new tire. I was upset before I even walked in the door.
To my surprise, Gregg Patruno - service consultant, did not even look at the photo. He took me at my word and had a new tire put on with no questions asked. I was in and out within an hour. Both Michael Barone (who sold me the vehicle) and Gregg Patruno (service) were kind, patient and very straight forward. I absolutely love the excellent customer service! I'll go no where else. Thank you. ❤️

I was yesterday in this plase.i am so happy with them.they changed my oil wash my car and tires.the service what they did it is excellent.super place and very nice people who work there.i highly recommend this place to everyone.they take care about customers so well.in New York no place like this.i wish them all the best!!!!

I have interacted with the staff at Ray Catena in ocean and cannot have asked for a better customer service experience, starting from Luke in the sales dept to Mindy in the service dept. I don’t remember the name of the service dept gentleman I spoke with but he was also very informative, kind and scheduled my appointment asap. Thank you to the staff at Ray Catena for trying to make life easier for your customers.
