“Great selection, great prices, but what stood out the most was their excellent customer service. The salesman, Sam, was as professional as you can be. On delivery day, which was the day after purchase, i got called into work so I called the store to possibly get the day changed. “Stopped in to look for a couch with very specific length restrictions. It's been very difficult to find something to fit in the limited space I am working with. Linda greeted me as soon as we got to the store and showed me a few options that would work, and she helped me find a nice couch for a great price! I really appreciated that Linda was not overly pushy and didn't give obnoxious salesman vibes. I was also very surprised to learn that she was a new employee at the store, as she was extremely knowledgeable!”

“Ian was our salesman and he was excellent. He went above and beyond to be sure my husband( who is physically handicapped and uses a scooter) was safe and could move effortlessly through the various pieces of furniture to get to the area we were interested in seeing. He never pressured us but gave us information so we, and, especially my husband, could make a comfortable decision about what to purchase. He was a blessing !
For the store manager: for those using a scooter, with the currant doors opening right in front of the stairs, it is not safe. It would be safer to have sliding doors because the open doors require the scooter to move perilously close to the stairs to be able to enter the store through those open doors.”
