Bob Foster and Bill Camastro made the experience of buying my first Cadillac and this gorgeous Escalade a magical. My fiancé and I both felt very welcome, all of our questions answered. Bob took time to explain the vehicle to her as well.

I just picked up my 2024 Escalade and turned in my 2021 Escalade. The Gold Coast team was great, especially Dave Pelak, Sales Manager, Dave Mandra, salesman and Jeff Simone, Business Manager. I leased my first Cadillac from Dave Pelak in 2018 and his professionalism and sincerity is as tremendous today as it was then.

It is always a pleasurable experience whenever I bring my XT5 to Gold Coast for any type of service. The employees I encounter are consistently friendly with the utmost emphasis on professionalism. This last time I came in for an oil change I had the distinct honor of meeting Chelsea. Chelsea personified everything positive that an employer would admire about an employee. She is certainly an asset to Gold Coast and I ardently hope that she is the service advisor I once again interact with when I come in for my next scheduled service. She should undeniably be named employee of the year!

Connie was very friendly and attentive. I pulled right in and was checked in quickly. I was informed that other services could be done. I chose to wait until another time. She asked if I wanted to schedule it, but I said I had to check with my husband. Overall very happy. I could feel the difference in my car right away and it was so clean. Very thankful.

Everyone was helpful and courteous, and my car was washed on the outside and cleaned on the inside, And I had hot chocolate and a nut bar. It was a very pleasant visit.

Bonnie who works in your Service Department is excellent. In my view she is one of the best employees I've had the pleasure of working with at Gold Coast. The dealership has many other wonderful employees as well but yesterday I got my car service and I worked with Bonnie.
