The self checkout machine was having an issue. I tried to get the ladies attention two times. She looked at me two times and kept on walking. She totally rudely ignored me. I had no other interaction with her. There is something wrong with the staff if they are ignoring customers.

This CVS make it almost impossible to get a live person on the phone. The automated answering service puts you into a loop and at the end asks for a good number to get back to you along with a request for personal info

They are down 3-4 employees in the pharmacy area. Every time I go to pick up a prescription it takes 30-90 minutes, based on whether or not it has been filled yet. The staff that works there is running around doing their best, literally sweating and running back and forth, apologizing to customers for the wait while the phone rings off the hook because there’s no one to answer it. I felt so bad for them. Hire more people or bring some in from other stores to help. These people should not have to work in these conditions.

This is by far the best CVS Pharmacy around… and they are the only ones who answer the phone. The nerve of some of the people on here writing a bad review because they are short staffed… have you been living under a rock for the past year and a half?! Everyone is short staffed! I own several business so I get it. Unfortunately, no one wants to work, so the people who are, are doing the best they can, so lighten up a little and stop being complainers because you don’t get what you want when you want it.

Recently more often than not they don't have my prescriptions in stock and after hours trying to reach the pharmacy by phone I got no one. I had to arrange transport to get my handicap self to the cvs pharmacy and when I finally get there they tell me to come back later because they are on break!?
Really? Why should I not have my meds for 2 or 3 days? This is absolutely Unacceptable to me. I thank them for the past but I'm done with CVS as my pharmacy.

Phone contact when the pharmacy first opened is a disaster…. And for hours into the morning. The auto system gets none of the information correct even when i recalled several times.Simple questions couldn’t be answered. Had to go in person from a sick bed.

I'm here outside the CVS pharmacy on Norwood Av.Oakhurts NJ the sign says 8 am to 10 pm the store opens at 8:30 and THE DOORS ARE STILL CLOSED!! Store Manager STEVEN PISAPIA!!
What a joke!!! And lack of respect for the client!! And inside there are employees and THEY DO NOT WANT TO OPEN

6/28/2023 the pharmacy has really gone downhill. I have been coming her for over 15 years but after today’s treatment I will not be returning. About 3 years ago they started clearing out regularly pharmacy workers every 6-12 months. This includes the pharmacist themselves. This leave’s customer like myself starting all over building relationships & trust with new employees over & over & over. Usually new employees come in totally untrained. Don’t know how to use the computers registers and time to pick up prescriptions unbelievably long. Today there was a 4 car wait when I got there. So I went inside after waiting inside 1/2 hour for medication I couldn’t do without I returned to my car and when I finally got to the window 20 minutes later the tec had no idea how to lookup my account, then couldn’t find the medication. Then had to go ask for help again from someone I had never seen before… it should not take 1 hour to pick up a prescription…. I am done with CVS in Oakhurst

My Vet called in a prescription for my dog which was not filled because the pharmacist did not have my dogs birthdate. Instead of just asking the Vet for the info, they just didn't fill the prescription. Total laziness and ineptitude!

They used to be OK.Now they have become incompetent and inconsiderate. With each event, it gets worse.In todays environment, people have choices.I will find another pharmacy even I need to travel further.

Last two times went closed before the outside sign said ; went at 9pm one day (outside sign said closed at 10) and around 8:40pm today (Wednesday, June 29th). Today I watched 10 paying customers come and leave. 6-8 of them waited at the door; two separate parties ( a few kids drove bikes and family got out of car to wait at door ) I stuck around for a few minutes but then left as I couldn’t get in; if a supervisor could check the footage & change the sign if your hours are incorrect the community would appreciate it. I was sold food that expired several months ago and can’t even get in the store to exchange it & was really craving Nutella for my brownies & couldn’t buy it
