The self checkout machine was having an issue. I tried to get the ladies attention two times. She looked at me two times and kept on walking. She totally rudely ignored me. I had no other interaction with her. There is something wrong with the staff if they are ignoring customers.

This CVS make it almost impossible to get a live person on the phone. The automated answering service puts you into a loop and at the end asks for a good number to get back to you along with a request for personal info

Phone contact when the pharmacy first opened is a disaster…. And for hours into the morning. The auto system gets none of the information correct even when i recalled several times.Simple questions couldn’t be answered. Had to go in person from a sick bed.
