Terrible service. Careless staff and management. Damaged my car. Scratched the side. And they don't even do a good job cleaning. The manager hides behind staff who make believe they don't understand you.

Nasty workers. Paid service to include the wax. Never got it. When I went home I looked in my SUV trunk area. They NEVER vacuumed it at all!!! Never again!!!

I see so many bad reviews for this place and while I don’t doubt anyone’s experiences, I’m perplexed. I’ve been going here for years and haven’t had any issues or complaints. Every once in awhile when it’s very busy the inside of my car isn’t thoroughly wiped down, but I just take two minutes at home to finish the job. No big deal. Otherwise, I’m always very happy when I leave, my wheels shine, the interior is thoroughly vacuumed, the exterior is dried well…I have a monthly membership and go 1 to 2 times a week, so maybe because I maintain the cleanliness and am neurotic about messes in my car, it’s a no brainer to clean. No idea, but I think they’re great, the woman inside is always really nice and the guy who I think may be the manager, he has an air of managerial authority about him, is always friendly and helpful.

I've been going to this car wash frequently for many years. It's always been great for how quickly you get through and it's relatively inexpensive. It's not perfect, and I wouldn't expect it to be for how fast it runs. This past Monday on 5/13 I went there for a wash and everything was the same as usual. When I got home however I noticed the dash cam I have mounted on the inside of the rear windshield of my Forester was off and unplugged. I didn't think much of it at first but later when I had a chance to go out and take a look I realized that the cable was ripped out with enough force to damage the inside of the camera. Something is rattling around inside and it's entirely unusable. My camera was running the entire time and I did see footage of a few workers opening my trunk to wipe down the windshield and after a short time my camera goes black and I lose the feed completely. I emailed the business with my problem and by Friday the 17th I was able to speak with the manager on the phone. I explained what happened and he suggested I come to the car wash to speak in person. I went there today May 18th and after a short conversation about what happened, and showing him the broken camera he offered to reimburse me on the spot for the replacement. I ordered my camera on my phone right there, texted him the receipt, and then we went back inside where he paid me cash for it. He was very friendly and accommodating and didn't even ask to view the footage, though I would have gladly if he needed. I've seen many bad reviews on their customer service and I was nervous about how this might work out, but I have to say that my experience with the manager and this business have been positive. I appreciate the manager working with me to fix the problem, and I hope the team members are a little more careful about their customers personal belongings.

I have going to this car wash for over 5years and the service was amazing in the beginning. I go today and this is the 2nd time my car did not look clean at all. The vacuum of my floors were only clean for appearance of looking like they we're clean but under completely dirty, and nothing was wiped down. I spent $42.55 with car freshener products. I asked to speak to the manager and his response was that they no long clean or wipe the insides and that he has been the manager for 24 years. I'm extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the services when th ultimate was is what the includes and more.

I've had to get back in line for them to rewash, vacuum or clean the windows again each time I've gone there. I don't recommend using them. Certainly don't buy the monthly membership. It's not worth it. They don't do a thorough job. Whatever they wipe your windows with leaves it all smeary. It causes them to fog up when it's raining out. Save your self the hassle & go somewhere else. That's what I'm going to do.

Love this card wash, faithful customers for years. Recently, getting our audi washed we had them clean the floor mats, which we often do. The workers broke the clip off the mat and the floor of the car. Even worse, they hid this and didn't tell us or try to make it right. This is now frustrating, time consuming, and expensive. Can we trust them to clean our mats again? Probably not.

Save your money and drive somewhere else to get your car washed. They do a horrible job and charge you almost $30 for it.

They did a horrible job cleaning my car. I paid for the premium wash, along with extras, and got to my next place and saw how dirty everything inside was. I have called multiple times and no one answers the phone and there is no way to leave a message. Waste of money.
