“This is one of the larger Costco stores in the area. This location sells alcohol (some Costco locations in NJ do not) It's located in Willowbrook Mall parking lot so parking and traffic can be a problem.”
“It's a Costco very typical of the new Costco's. This location replaced an older place in Hackensack. In the old Costco you started on the right side of the store to do you shopping. This new Costco, like every new one, you go in on the left and finish on the right. Still not used to it after over 2 years. Very well maintained a lot of the people that work there have been there for years. Friendly helpful staff. Nothing has changed in time that they are in Teterboro.”
“I gifted a Ukraine box to my best friend who is displaced with her family because of the war for the last 2 years - she just made it to Canada and was hoping that the box would be familiar piece of home.
Canadian shipping is quite difficult- they may charge customs in order to receive it and it can take weeks to get there. Luckily, the box made it to the local post office. A few days went by and even though tracking said it was delivered to the residence, it was not. I contacted both the shipping company and Universal Yums to see what my next steps were. Customer service was amazing and responded first thing and offered to ship out another box. I waited for my friend to stop by the post office in person to inquire about the package and it was being held there, with no extra fees! Customer service reached out once a day at least just to make sure everything with my order was resolved and I no longer needed help after I let them know the package was happily received.
My friends’ loved every snack in the box, shared with me all the memories (both childhood and recent) they had of the food they received and thought they wouldn’t be able to taste again.

“My last visit went alot smoother, I don't know if it was the time I arrived or what. But the store was less chaotic. I'd like to offer a suggestion though, multiple customers had 15 items or fewer and were in the regular checkout lines instead of going to self checkout which was moving alot faster. Perhaps an employee can monitor the amount of items in the cart and direct them to self checkout as to avoid them being in regular checkout lanes and clogging those lanes for people who have a significant amount of items. Today's visit there was at least five customers in front of me and my family who had less than 15 items, one guy literally had 1 case of water but was in the line for regular checkout. That boggled my mind, where he could've easily went to self checkout and been done. Now I had 2 carts of items so obviously I'm going to the regular checkout, but to be in that particular line for just one item was a bit much. Other than that this past shopping trip was awesome. ?”

“Quick easy NO NONSENSE. I arrived late on a pickup 24 hours due to a previous delivery being unloaded very slow in Manchester Connecticut. Any way. I arrived at midnight the same day and was told my new appointment was at 1000 so when I got there they where closed so I parked in a dock door and went to sleep with my alarm set for 0700 since they opened at eight. I wake up and get out at 0715 and see an a manager looking individual and he got me loaded and out the door by 0800. And the load paid good for mileage.”
“This place is on 16th and Madison for truck deliveries take Madison to 16th and make a left. God bless them for helping me out to get truck unloaded because I just had heart surgery. If you’re delivering here be prepared to assist unloading.”

“I have been here for 1 drop and hook, and one live load. Drop and hook was a quick in and out. Live load was a 12 PM appointment, in early at 9:30 AM, door given at 10:34, finished loading at 11:05! Yard jockey will give you a door number, just open doors, back in, disconnect, and park away from trailer. He’ll come back to tell you when trailer is done being loaded. All the employees I’ve interacted with here are friendly, and there is overnight parking on the street with a food stand. Parking can be tricky sometimes, you might have to park on top of someone, but as long as you aren’t blocking anything you won’t get bothered.”
