I placed an order on their website on 2/28/24. The arrangement was to be delivered for a funeral/memorial on 3/1/24 to an address minutes away from the florist. I find out after calling them that they never even made the arrangement because they didn't have the piece they needed. No follow up courtesy email or call was ever made to notify me, I never got a cancellation of any kind or a refund. I have to keep contacting them to get this handled. Not very good business.

I ordered flowers from here for my friend's birthday. I chose a nice bouquet with a fun happy birthday banner. When the flowers arrived, they were much different than the picture, still fine quality but very carelessly arranged. Also, the banner that says Happy Birthday was not the one from the photo but a cheap plastic one that was very small. I spent a fair amount of money on this arrangement (extremely overpriced), and when I tried to email them and ask why what I had ordered was not what I received, no one ever answered. Very unfortunate, and I will never be ordering from here again. Find a different place!

scammed us out of 255$ no flowers were sent to my uncles funeral. a day suppose to be spent mourning we were arguing with these men and women over this. they hung up on us multiple times and refused to give us the money back.

More affordable option than others locations in town, but my arrangement was sloppily put together and some of the roses were dead in arrival. Ultimately, you get what you pay for at this location.

Walter’s created the flower arrangements for my wedding and they came out perfect. The flowers were fresh and gorgeous. My bouquet was stunning and the arch for my ceremony was amazingly beautiful. I can’t thank them enough for making my day special and gorgeous!

I never leave reviews but I have to be completely honest - idk how this florist is rated as high as it is. I ordered a Mother’s Day bouquet for $92. $75 before the service fees and what not. It looked huge and full online and I chose to get the largest bouquet available. When I went to pick it up there were maybe 4/5 roses in the bouquet and it looked nothing like the picture. While I know every bouquet looks different it was not even close nor was it as full or worth the price what so ever. She told me each rose was $8 but even so…for $75 I expected way better than what I got. I said something while I was there and they added a few more flowers but it didn’t help. I’ve ordered flowers for similar prices online and they’ve been better. I could’ve made a better bouquet for that money myself. I won’t be using them again unfortunately. Really disappointing

I wish I could give this business a zero!!!! There was hardly any flowers in the arrangement that I bought for a wake!!!!! Thought buying in town was a great idea boy was I wrong. It was very embarrassing!!!

I ordered flowers and a Mylar balloon for a Valentines Day delivery. The order was confirmed via email when placed. It was also confirmed when it was delivered. A Mylar balloon was listed on the confirmation emails. When I received a picture of the flower delivery from the recipient, there was no balloon. I asked if there was a balloon with the order and I was told that there was no balloon. I called and left a detailed message saying that no balloon was delivered, but I paid for one. I was hoping to receive a call back from the merchant and I never got one. I’ve placed many orders with this florist and never had an issue until now. I’m not happy with the lack of customer service regarding this order. I will look to other florists in the area when I go to purchase flowers again.

Totally disappointed with this florist and not certain how the folks that have given them 5-Star reviews were thinking! Perhaps they were friends, who knows, but they definitely are a 1 star rated florist.
I ordered the Fashionista Arrangement online on Weds., Feb. 2, 2022 for delivery the following day. At 10:08 am Thurs., Feb. 3rd, I called them to verify receipt of online order. I spoke to a Spanish older gentleman who confirmed that the order was received and that it'd be delivered by 2:30 pm the latest. I explained to him that it was my mother's birthday and that it was a very special occasion and wanted to ensure all was well; he again, confirmed.
I called at 3:45 pm because the flowers had yet to be delivered and spoke to the same older gentleman who put me on hold and contacted the driver. The older gentleman returned to our call and advised that driver stated since it was raining there was ALOT of traffic in Belleville (mind you, they're in Nutley and the delivery address was Belleville; a mere 1.6 miles which is 5 minute drive as per Google maps) caused the delay.
The flowers arrived at 4:15 pm. Below on the left is what I ordered and on the right, is what I received! On top of that, some of the flowers were already wilted and let me just say, it was an embarrassment to deliver a flower arrangement in that condition. Now, with any florist, I know and expect that the flower arrangement will not be exactly as it is online, but it looks like there was absolutely no attempt to make it look similar to what's online at all. I called the florist again upon receiving the picture from my sister (I live in NY) of what was delivered and they would not answer and had to leave a voicemail message informing them of my dissatisfaction with the arrangement and requested a refund or at least an attempt on their part to right the wrong; by this time they knew my number already so they did not pick up.
I had my sisters contact them from their phones, and THEY PICKED UP! They said that the arrangement that was prepared and delivered indeed looked like what I ordered; at that point, my sister reiterated my directions to pick the flowers back up and issue a refund as I was already in contact with my bank to dispute the charge. They said they'd pick it up and that it would take two days for my refund to be issued.
THIS FLORIST IS A TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT AND THEY DO NOT CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. I'D DEFINITELY NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

I ordered a large birthday floral arrangement and asked to have it delivered in the morning. By 3:30 in the afternoon it still was not delivered. I called up the florist and of course they overly apologized. I was very upset that the flowers never made it on time. When I say a pic of the flowers, they were certainly less than the price I paid for. NEVER going to use them AGAIN! The distance was less than a half a mile away from the flower store
