I’ve been going to Visual Elegance for over two years just to see Lacey. She consistently does an amazing job with my hair. She went from doing blonde balayage on me to full on red. She’s super flexible and has great suggestions. I refuse to have anyone else do my hair.

Tried to get an appointment here. Scheduled our appointment 2 months out for a Saturday appointment. Then 3 weeks before the appointment called to say they have no more availability for Saturday's until June. I was asked to come on a weekday during work hours. Not going to be leaving work early to do my hair! Ridiculous!

I bought a groupon for a haircut and blow out. Lacey was wonderful. She was very sweet- she listened to what I wanted done and made sure that she didn't get too scissor happy. It's a small little studio- they took the precautions with wearing masks and spraying things down. Street parking on the main road or side street- very easy to find a spot. I will be coming back as it is very convenient and pricing is right.
