Dr. Schmitt , the receptionist and the wonderful staff have done a phenomenal job in helping me and my pomeranian Mocha! They were courteous, friendly, reassuring me that she was going to be okay. They were very gentle with her and patient with me. She was back to normal after a week. I can't thank them enough!”

“I have been taking my dog, meatball to Willowbrook animal clinic since he was about 9 months old and we have been so happy ever since (he is 3 now)! The care and compassion all the workers have for each pet is truly shown each appointment. I highly highly recommend anyone who has any type of pet to go here. I have already recommended so many people and they have had amazing outcomes. Most pets are scared of the vet but not Meatball! “Dr. Wilson has been our vet for 20+ years. He's taken care of 2 dogs and 7 or 8 cats through the years. He's been knowledgeable and kind towards all the cats, even the ones that aren't happy to be there and give him a hard time. Somehow he gets them to calm down and allow him to look them over. His prices are fair too. Staff are friendly as well.”

“So far the experience have been nice ! the employees look like they enjoy their job so that’s a pleasure and the doctors/nurses/front desk look like they actually care about my dog. Love the aesthetic of the space as well .. so far so good ! Not giving them a 5 just yet as I just started going … but they were good enough for me to leave my old vet and convert to them being butter primary vet! Yes team sage for now ?”
“Highly recommend Valley Animal Hospital. Have been going there for about five years since I had my first puppy. Dr. Thompson is our main vet and she is always nothing short of phenomenal, always makes us feel welcome, and is receptive to our needs. Dr. Henderson is a fantastic vet and surgeon who supported us while my pup required surgery for a tumor. The staff is always efficient and friendly. The price is reasonable as they are comprehensive with everything they do. Overall, a great experience. I am happy to bring my new puppy there to receive care.”

My beautiful fur baby, Romy, sadly passed away a few months ago at age 17 and it was heartbreaking to let him go, but I knew he would be at peace and not in pain anymore. Dr. Rozenbaum and the staff were very caring, kind-hearted, empathetic and compassionate. He fell in love, at first sight, with the vet techs and Dr. Dick! He was comfortable lying on the floor with his head on the vet tech's lap. “My dog had an episode one night where he was dizzy and staring at walls. We took him to the Tribecca emergency room. They charged us over $3K and t9ld us he may have 4 hours left to live because he may be septic. We then went to EVG and they said he may have rectal cancer, the bill was $9700. We then waited 2 days and went to Battey Park Vet, they looked over the results and told us he just had Ecoli. That bill was $120. Had I gone here first I would have saved almost $14K. Dr. Berger and Dr. Lopresti are favorites. Kobe loves them. This vet is like having competent family members.”

“When Dr. Dulude moved to Caldwell, it became a longer ride for our furbabies to take - and they're not the biggest fans of carriers and cars. But going to the new office is well worth it. She and her staff are wonderful with our cats, and they're not traumatized by the visit in the least. I can't say enough about Dr. Dulude and her staff - professional, caring, thorough and above all, a pleasure to work with!”

Bobby was hospitalized for 4 days he doing good right now. I'm happy with his service is prices are also affordable which most vets are super expensive.
