Bad experiences with the team, The bilingual employee he has a very bad attitude, you asking a question and he just doesn’t take the time to answer correctly. If you have the plus of speaking 2 languages just be grateful and try to help the community that doesn’t speak English. We were there for 2hrs trying to get an upgrade at the end nothing was resolved.

I always stop by the Verizon in Nutley for all my cellphone needs. Anthony, the GM, or his very attentive staff are always there to find solutions for me! It can be frustrating to deal with representatives who are always angling to make a sale. These guys are not this way and are the best around!
