“Very happy here. Vincent (the service manager?) gave me straight info without hard selling me. They did kind of try to upsell me on wipers, but that’s standard these days. At no point, from Vincent to front desk to installer, did I feel pressured. Sorry I didn’t get other names, but each of the 5 different people I talked to rocked. My car dealer is on the thinnest of ice right now, and if I have to spend money on anything not covered by warranty, I’m going to Mavis. You should do the same.”

“I have to say very pleased with the service and th staff at this locations. I made an appointment online for services of brakes, alignment and tire rotation. When I took it in yea I was informed that the mechanic was off for th sneaked but they could do the other service and the brakes the next morning. I was good with that as I have a second car. The Manager-to work with as well as pleasant and professional. He explained everything and was up front about the charges. He is truly someone who cars about his customers. All the other staff I interacted with were also professional and pleasant. I will take my vehicles back for other service when needed and it wouldn't require goi g to the dealership.”

“Came in with a slow tire leak. Ended up needing new tires and an alignment. They were happy to help and quickly went to work. As they were installing the new tires it was discovered that the stem on my TPS sensor was damaged. They offered an amazing discount on the sensor and got me out the door in short order. Will be back for any future work.”

I’m definitely one of the tougher customers when it comes to shopping for something as expensive as a car, and I originally had no intention of getting an Audi because of the price point. After visiting several dealerships and having terrible experiences with pushy, unprofessional salespeople, I called Allen — and he actually listened. He asked the right questions, understood my needs, and followed through.
I ended up paying slightly more than I planned, but still within my range, and the experience made it worth it. Most of our communication was over the phone, and when I finally came in, he was patient, thorough, and genuinely helpful. So instead of firing off negative reviews and seeking “Justice” on that place, I am writing a positive experience about this place.
By telling me his honest assessment of what he has in stock, he basically lost a potential sale because it is not what I need. He could’ve lied, manipulated or even tried to bs me in a way to get a sale (like my previous experience)
