“I had such a positive experience at Hoboken wireless! I went in to fix a screen that had gone partially/black and glitchy from a gentle drop. The owner walked me through my repair options and when I returned to pick it up he showed me a bunch of internal issues from the last place that repaired my phone, it was shocking! I really appreciated the honesty and the recognition of low quality work. Bottom line, I got a VERY fair price and respectable work. Must go here for phone screen repairs.”

Without passing judgement I shared with him that I was ready to upgrade my 2019 iPhone XS Max for something of better value.. he introduced a few options to me, I instantly said I wanted a pink iPhone 15 Plus and he made it happen. He placed a warehouse to store delivery on 11/15 and I received it in 48 hours, once I paid a second visit to the store he applied everything to my new phone including: screen protector, phone case, pop socket. “I found this location a couple weeks back when I had to pay my Verizon home internet/ cable bill and googled the nearest location. During my visit Rasheed asked me what service I had because I was contemplating whether or not to make the switch from T-Mobile. He was very polite and informative, he left me with his business card that gave me a breakdown on what to expect if I did decide to switch. Ultimately I made up my mind because I liked his customer service and his attitude. Now I know (from experience) dealing with phone/utility company’s can be very hectic however, my experience at this Verizon location was exceptional. Rasheed made mine and my wife’s switch from T-Mobile Seamless. He was patient, and I can’t thank him enough for setting us up with our new iPhones while my 1year old ran around the store shouting with excitement trying to take his first steps. Lol Nonetheless, I highly recommend Rasheed and this location if you’re looking to get a new phone or even just to pay a bill.”

It was really good on keyboards unfortunately now I can’t use I have to buy new laptop when I gave my laptop before it fixed it was usable all of the letters and numbers on the keyboard. “The Nutley Verizon Wireless Store is great! Very special kudos to Angie, the wonderful Rep who helped my family upgrade phones and transfer accounts. Angie set me up with a family plan and was able to get me a rate at a discount of what T-Mobile was ridiculously offering me. Angie qualified me for multiple discounts and rebates for owning my own phones. Overall, it was a great experience working with someone as knowledgeable as Angie. Verizon can be very frustrating to deal with sometimes but this store made it so easy and seamless.”
