Very unprofessional. Simple mistakes were made. I lost out on $1,000.00 because they didn't bother to even ask me basic questions. They didn't try their best to help me and were rude. I would not trust them with my taxes. They will not try to save you money.

Over the past 30 years I have dealt with several tax prep services. Some big companies, some small companies. Marotti tax prep was the first company to be up close and personal. Genuinely interested and hard working at getting your taxes filed. They deal with any issues you may have with the IRS and work hard at getting you the biggest refund possible. When in the office, you are treated like family. They know every client by name and you may very well find yourself in conversation about how you've been since your last filing. They offer a variety of snacks and beverages during your appointment which makes your stay a lot more pleasant. As we know getting your taxes done cam be like spending the day at the DMV. I having been using Marotti Tax Prep for years. I feel comfortable using them for all my tax and accounting needs because they know their job so well that I don't have to worry. And nobody aint got time for that kind of worry! The staff is pleasant and they always make me and my family feel welcome.
