Franklin Communications have installed several home security systems, camera and AV/audio systems at several of my job sites. Lew is always great and gives great recommendations on new and innovative products and knows exactly what’s needed to get the job done. Scott is the man, great installer, and technician.My experience has always been great and I highly recommend them as they have always been prompt and professional. I look forward to working with them on future projects.

Owner told me he would replace my internet box but later said no. He didn't even want to say it to me but asked his assistant to tell me. Workers are competent though.

I was a security system client of Franklin Central communications for 6 years. I was happy with their product, they are a little more expensive than most others, but I always felt they were worth it. Their policy for security monitoring is to have their clients pay for a full year of monitoring in December. I decided to cancel the service in February of this year and they have refused to give me a refund for the time I did not receive monitoring for but paid for. I'm out almost $450 after paying them upwards of $6,000 over the course of 6 years. Their response: We don't give refunds and at the bottom of the monitoring invoice it says "All sales final". I'm not asking for a refund of services already rendered, I'm asking for services yet to be given. If this is how they treat loyal customers, how will they treat you? There are cheaper options locally that will probably have better customer service, look elsewhere.
