Usually get gas here because it’s convenient. Sometimes the workers are chatting with customers or on the phone, which can make it a little slower, but it’s not too bad. They’re always pleasant and I’ve never had an issue.

Make sure to ask for parts that’s have been replace. Ask to see them personally. They over charge for parts and they also charge for parts they never replaced. They will wash and the part on the vehicle to make it look like they replaced it. Be aware be alert.

BEWARE!!! should be a zero star, but it is not offered. I took my car a few months ago to have a tire repaired because it had a nail in it. He put it on the lift and told me I needed brakes and rotors. Price est. $6oo. I wasn't prepared to pay for that at that moment, so he told me to just get the brakes for approx. 300. I told him that I would bring it back within the next few weeks. Shortly thereafter, I brought my car (2020 model) for a scheduled oil change. I asked the mechanic there to check my brakes and were told that they were FINE. I was flabbergasted. I have used Franklin Auto and Tire for repairs before, and now I wonder how many times I have been cheated. Additionally, I unavoidably ran over a cone on the parkway on my way down the shore. I brought my car to a local gas station in Cape May to assess any damage before my drive back home. When it was on the lift, I asked mechanic again to check my brakes....and AGAIN, months later, I was told that my brakes are FINE!! Unless you have some knowledge of car parts and can assess the need for repair yourself, stay far away from this shop. Franklin Tire and Auto, you are a scam! I'm writing this to alert others so that they won't get ripped off! Shame on you!!

He is the worst mechanic , he is con , I used to work there , if he ask you to drop your car don't that ,because in your absence he does little work and over charge you , if he said he must put new part in your car , make sure he got and he put part in your car , so many custommer been charged for part but never put in their car , I witnessed this , the 5 star he got all from a bench of Indians that been asked to rate his business a 5 star business, if you wanna get ripped off you welcome to the place.
