This is my second day coming back to get something notarized. 2/3 tellers have not moved their client for 45 mins. There’s a line of 6 other groups of people waiting to be served and they close in 13 minutes. Also theres never parking. Not the fault of the staff but Capital One should service this area better. There’s like no banks and I’ve been a customer for 10 years

This is more about capitol one in general, but I’m just letting you guys know that some things they say about their credit cards are not true, and they try to justify their inaccurate information by telling you that you’d have to jump through a bunch of hoops to fix your problem. I recently had the pleasure of working with Jose at this branch to open a checking account for my 10-year-old child. I am writing this review to express my utmost satisfaction with the level of service and dedication displayed by Jose.Jose greeted us with a warm and friendly demeanor. What impressed me the most was his genuine interest in ensuring that my child not only opened a checking/savings account but also understood the fundamentals of how a bank operates.Jose went above and beyond in explaining the various aspects of the account, breaking down complex concepts into easily understandable terms for my 10-year-old. He was patient and engaging throughout the entire process, making it a positive and educational experience for my child.

Please leave Jemma at the window inside the bank. She told me I couldn’t deposit money through the drive through because it would hold the line up. I had two kids in the car with me, it was very inconvenient for myself and the children. Especially after waiting in the drive through line for 20 mins.

If I could give 1 star to this bank I would- Trash- absolutely trash of a banking institution- and not just this location but customer service altogether- no communication, rude representatives on the phone and at this particular location. 15 other banks in Nutley- pick another.

Pat was EXTREMELY patient, kind and helpful today. My daughter and I arrived around 3pm to open up her 1st bank account. We didn't have an appointment but Pat was able to squeeze us in. This location gets a ten from me because Pat gets 5 STARS by herself!! I should apply to work at this location part time, it was very busy the entire time that I was there.

It's not just this branch, all Capital One Banks are horrible! I just spent 2 hrs for a simple business question and still have no answer. Such bad customer service it's unbelievable ! I will never bank at CO or recommend anyone to do so.
