I found this store online when looking for a product I love and they have it at a much better price, plus the discount for the first purchase, how cool is that? The experience with this store was amazing, great communication and fast shipping. I highly recomended it and I will buy from them again

Very disappointed, the items ordered didn't arrive when they confirmed it would "the latest by March 15" understandable with Covid it would take longer, however they don't advise beforehand nor does their tracking link work. Customer Service Reps don't read messages, they just click the best option reply. They don't sign off their email response.In comparison to other companies they rate 1, very poor. They are a distribution company all they have to do is receive orders, package and ship and communicate with clients. When that service is bad, what exactly are they good for? They were also rude, yet they say their employees stand by their core values!! What exactly are those.Areas to improve:1) provide accurate info as to delivery times and delays due to Covid2) provide functional tracking links3) read and reply professionally and relative to questions, to client emails4) stand behind your core valuesWill not order from them again. Prefer to go directly to company and eliminate the middle man, in this case Beauty Bridge.

Their delivery tracker link didn't work Their delivery "on or latest by" fate is inaccurate especially during covid when carriers take more time and across border times are longer, their info doesn't reflect this. Very poor, rude, condescending customer service. When explaining this to them they dodge the concern and issue at hand by being rude, not addressing the problem and attacking the client. This is the oddest places I have ever review it when I walked in no one was inside it looked like a store that was going out of business I didn't see a make up artist or any products I just saw a displays no one said hello or tended to me until I read a sign that said that you need to ring a bell A woman came outside and told me that there's a retail side with no product but that it's an online business it didn't make any sense to me the store was clear but there was two separate parts where people working in a packing type environment but I was completely left by myself in fact there was no real products to be sold just displays I helped myself to a mascara since I figured no one would miss it and the woman really didn't even care she said that everything is just a sample to take what I wanted I asked if I could purchase a bareMinerals mascara and she told me it would take a long time so I ended up not buying anything

This is the worst company I have ever done business with. Of the three items I ordered online, one was missing. I called CS and there person I spoke with was friendly and said the issue would be researched and someone would get back to me. No one ever back to me. I've contacted this company 5 times in the past few weeks through phone, email and live chat online. If I spoke with someone it was the same story that a rep would get back to me within 24 to 48 hours, but no one ever did. If I emailed, there was no response at all (I repeatedly check to make sure I used the correct address). I'm 36 years old and this is the first time in my life I had to file a complaint with the BBB. If the people packing the boxes are anything like the customer service reps, it's no wonder there was a problem. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these people. Your order may go through, but if you have a problem, you are out of luck. There are so many better websites out there for beauty products. This was my first time purchasing from this company, and it is my last. I just can't get over how bad their customer service is. I feel safer ordering from Hong Kong.

Dealing with Beauty Bridge so far has proven to be frustrating. I ordered 3 items in my initial purchase, and when it arrived one of the items was missing. To clarify, the box was still sealed and there's no sign of it ever having been opened by Customs. And the size of the box was such that the 3rd item couldn't possibly FIT, which led me to think that it was a mistake in order fulfillment, or that the order had been sent using split shipment. I contacted customer support who told me that the order wasn't split, and was offered a replacement or a refund... and I picked replacement. Online customer rep told me the replacement has been sent out, but it's been more than 2 months and the item still hasn't arrived. Did the item ever get sent out? ...I'm highly suspicious, given that the customer rep told me that the replacement was sent out on 31-jan-13, whereas I first lodged my complaint 4-Feb-13. Unless the employees are capable of clairvoyance...?

I am giving the Manager five stars! It took a lot of correspondence but I believe that he is going to change things. I say give them a chance. Because when the Managers take the time to get involved, things usually change for the better. Kind of like the TV show Undercover Bosses. I love it! Kudos to Mr. Gokhan E. I see now there are other 12 filtered reviews and some of them really sounds bad and it may be legitimate too. It is really sad to hear all these frustrations from our customers. We are small company with big operation and have to compete with much bigger companies who has multiple people handling some of duties that one of our employee have to dealt with everyday. However, this is not an excuse. I will do my best to improve our Customer Service which I am not happy with. I hear you know that you were not even looking for a Refund at first place but just acknowledgement. It is the shame that we did no hear you and being defensive and mecanical with our responses. I am sorry for that. I truly appreciate spending your time writing all these long messages. You are still trying to help us eventhough we were not able to give you the pleasant experience you deserve as our Customer. Your staff needs to take a lesson from YOU. Your company has a nice selection of items offered. It is a shame that people are afraid to give you a chance due to the other experiences. However, I don't really think that it is a bad product or even review. It is someone within your company that is ruining it for everyone. Phone scripts should be changed, and recorded so that YOU can hear each one. I understand how customers can be difficult and there are just some that you cannot make happy no matter how many hoops you jump through. But for the most part, they just want to feel that you feel that their opinion is important as you have here. I am glad I took the time to get to the top. It is nice meeting you. I am going to go back and give you five stars for your attitude and report a change should be in in place right away because someone who cares took the time to take control of his company.
