“Dropped off my car for an estimate. Mike called me back and gave the most detailed break down of issues, costs, and recommendations. He was friendly and honest. The specific repair required a very expensive replacement that he could do, or a welding job that he doesn't do; he recommended where to go to get an estimate for welding. I appreciated his insight, advice, and honestly; def will go back.”

“Camille can probably diagnose what is wrong with your car by listening to it, standing with his back to it, blindfolded...he's that good. Out of all the mechanics I've been to, he's your guy. There were times I've had car trouble to far away from him and ended up with someone else.. save yourself a headache and get towed to him. He'll fix the mistakes others make, trust your vehicle with him. Eli is just as fantastic.”
“What I love the most about Nutley Auto Care Center Inc. is that I know it's a business I can trust. And that's important to me because I don't know much about cars, and I've been deceived by more mechanics than I can count. That's unfortunately true.
My Rav4 is over 16 years old. I first went to Nutley Auto out of desperation, because I had just had a bad experience with a Lyndhurst mechanic who tried to cheat me. According to that guy, my rear brakes needed work. At Nutley Auto, Javid (owner) told me the brakes were fine, but several other parts were literally broken in pieces! Of course he showed them to me. But how did the other guy not see this?? Javid put my Rav4 back together, and it's 16 years old but driving like new. I love my Rav again.
I can think of many more instances where the owner, Javid, has proven himself trustworthy and a talented mechanic, but here's my favorite. My Rav had suddenly gotten noisier, so he took me for a test drive. When we were finished, he said, "There's nothing wrong. The sound is coming from the tires, but your tires are good, so don't worry about it." He could have made anything up and I would have believed him and paid for it! In fact, another mechanic had told me the tires needed replacing, but that was over a year ago and everything has been fine. Javid was right. And truthful.
I could give many more examples about Javid's talent, honesty, and caring for his customers as well as our cars, but I know people skip long reviews and everyone needs to know how great this business is!
