I needed appraisal on three rings I called another jeweler to see if they could do it when I brought it in I was told know I would have to leave it I contacted these guys they were able to do it that same day they actually offered to clean it very lovely young woman and gentlemen I would highly recommend this place like I said I didn't purchase anything just an appraisal, very nice people

I’m leaving one star because I am so disappointed. I called three times today to make sure that they were open till 6 o’clock Friday night January 11 I had my wedding ring fixed here. I wanted to pick it up today. They told me they were open till 6 o’clock I’m here 20 minutes of six and they are closed. I wish you would’ve told me when I called a little after five that she was leaving early, and extremely extremely disappointed because I am going on a cruise Sunday and I do not have my wedding ring

Beautiful place and Sal is still the owner from when I was a kid. This is the only place my parents would buy jewelry from. Gorgeous jewelry and the place sparkles. Quality jewelry and very nice, knowledgeable owner.

Sal and his staff were a pleasure to deal with. The quality and workmanship of the jewelry was exquisite, with some pieces being so unique I have not have seen anything close ay other jewelers.. He helped my wife and I with a beautiful ring that was breathtaking. His quality and prices and the best around. He has been at this location for over 40 years, and once you visit his store, you can understand why. Before you go elsewhere, you should do yourself a service and and stop by his store to take a look at his jewelry. You won't be disappointed.

I have had the pleasure of working with Sal from Arlington Jewelers for nearly 45 years and referred countless friends who are as impressed as I am with their integrity. No other jeweler has ever been able to come close to their quality for their price. Today I looked for my tennis bracelet which I have not worn in years, I immediately called Sal and he said "It doesn't matter how long ago, if you left it here I have it". Sure enough it was there, I brought it in for repair in 2018! That's incredible service, that's why customers love Arlington Jewelers!

Arlington jewelers has always been there when I needed a watch battery or repair, always welcoming and helpful. Today I had the pleasure of buying a diamond anniversary ring in white gold for my spouse of 30 years and they were just as helpful and friendly as they have always been... and they gave me a great deal. It's great to be able to buy jewelry from a local merchant you can trust. Further, they were able to size the ring and have ready in a few minutes while we waited.

The staff here is top notch!! I came in to the store to get some links removed from a watch I bought on amazon and a lady gladly helped remove them quickly. Next time I'm in the market for some jewelry, I know whom I'll be giving business to!

Arlington jewlers provides the best customer service imaginable! My husband purchased my engagement ring (custom) and I purchased my husband's watch (wedding gift) and they are absolutely beautiful! The team goes above and beyond! The watch we got engraved and it looks stunning! Mary has an incredible eye for finding the piece you are searching for and goes above and beyond! She helped me pick out a necklace for my wedding singer. I will be recommending Arlington Jewlers to my friends and family.

This place does cheap work while charging thousands of dollars and then LIES when they have to fix something. Absolutely despicable. My now-husband spent thousands of dollars for a custom engagement ring. It was beautiful, and they even tweaked some parts of it after we were engaged. However, not even six months after that, a small diamond fell out. Arlington replaced it for free (more to come about this). We were happy until the following year a second, larger diamond fell out!! I went to a new jeweler because I didn't trust Arlington anymore. A year after that A THIRD DIAMOND fell out. THREE LOST DIAMONDS IN THREE YEARS. (I don't do heavy work while wearing my ring. There is no reason for this, even if I did.) I'm now in the process of recreating the ring with Jared's because of their protection plan, and when they inspected my ring, they pointed out all the worn down or missing prongs, saw a cracked diamond, and discovered a CUBIC ZIRCONIA. Arlington DID NOT REPLACE the first lost diamond - they LIED TO US and gave us a fake stone instead. They cannot be trusted with your business.

My husband had my engagement ring custom made by Arlington Jewelers in 2019. The people are great and very accommodating, but in the three years I've worn this ring, THREE different diamonds have fallen out. For the first smaller one, Arlington replaced it for free. For the second one (a larger side diamond), I went to a different jewel for the replacement because my trust was already gone. And now a third is missing. I do not do heavy lifting or rough work while wearing my ring, and my daily job is at a desk, so every time this has happened I am astonished and sad that more keep falling out. I am so afraid to wear my engagement ring now for fear of the big center stone disappearing too. A ring like this should last for a lifetime at least, and for the money spent, this is unacceptable.
