I have moved around a lot. I have been to a lot of post offices, and this was the worst. All I wanted to do was check my held mail and she told me I didn't have any before I even finished talking. I gave her my drivers license and said "Do I have any mail?" She looked at it for a second at most and says "I don't have any mail for YOU" I told her to go check and she said she just looked and she didn't see anything for me, I said to check again, and she refused saying there isn't ANY held mail. I didn't think I would be talked down to so much by the rudest usps worker ever. I'll go to Closter or Westwood next time.

Unkind and bad attitude person I'm never experienced before. Her name is Mille?I asked to her pickup my package available or not. I explained my situation, showed my driver's license and explained that I would pick up my package. I explained that I didn't have the paper she presented, but I got a text message asking me to pick up the package.But she treated me disrespectfully with a very disrespectful tone, saying I didn't understand her.

These are the kindest and most helpful public employees you will ever encounter. I always walk out there with a smile on my face. They suggest the best way to package something, cost effective shipping and engage is neighborly conversation. There is never a wait.

There is hardly ever a line and everyone that works at the Norwood post office is incredibly kind and happy. It's always a great experience going there. Would be nice if other places were as courteous!

Mary at the Norwood NJ Post office is the most obnoxious employee there. She refuses to help and starts yelling at you when you ask her for help with delayed mail. Someone needs to teach her what customer service is all about
