I can’t say enough nice things about the staff here at Access in Norwood! I sold my home and I’m moving out of state .
I needed to store my items for a few months. Nicole made the rental process easy and not stressful at all!
She was very thorough explaining all the amenities, including renting a U-Haul to load my home items into the storage! This saved me numerous trips!! The property is also very well maintained! I felt very safe storing here!

We have been using this location for years and I cannot help, but notice how the staff is very helpful, reachable, personable and professional, which skills are very hard to find in one location these days.
Customer service and cleanliness are 100% (Jackpot!!!) and it pained me that we had to leave. Each staff is unique in their own way. They are always ready to help and their energy is always a plus.

Nicole made is so easy to rent a unit! She was patient, not in a rush, clear and extremely helpful with all my questions. The place is clean, and they even sell packing materials should you need them. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a dependable place for storage. A+++ all the way around!

I rented a storage unit today and had the pleasure of dealing with Marc…he was knowledgeable, courteous and amazing to deal with. In a time where our life was a bit chaotic he made our situation so much more bearable. You are lucky to have him as an employee and we were lucky to be guided by him. I also feel the same way about Andrew who helped facilitate our meeting with Marc. Great company to work with.

Hard to find an economical & yet safe area to store an RV. Was surprised how reasonably priced this place was. (Wish I knew about the 1st month discount though.) So far so good. Would recommend.
