While we did receive the products that we ordered, we felt misinformed by the sales person as to the features and quality of our purchase. We finally gave up after multiple failed attempts to try and remedy the situation, in which we received no follow ups and confusion every time we reached back out. Ultimately the price we paid did not match the quality of what we received and experienced very poor customer service.

Can't get in to the showroom. They are not open weekends or evenings. Hours are 9-4 M-F. How do you stay in business when customers can't shop? Very poor customer service

Small showroom with not much to offer. The Passaic,NJ store has much more items and a larger showroom.

Walked into this place looking for vanities for our new bathroom, and no one even looked at us, let alone greet us at the door. When we finally asked for some help, we were told "sorry I'm on the computer doing something else right now" (even though she had just finished helping another customer). They had no interest in even getting us help. A bunch of lazy and privileged saleswomen.

Parts staff is very knowledgeable and very friendly. Quick service. Very thorough. Calls are made by the parts staff when orders arrive, which is usally the following day.

Terrible experience, extremely rude staff. Looked lime that they had a good selection , but I would never go back. These people didn’t want to answer any questions. Unfortunately they websites is really bad and not user friendly at all. Total disappointment!

Truly disappointing with your service. No follow-up on an order, no tracing to find it and no response to keep me updated. When order was canceled on phone, it was never processed even though we were told it would be handled. Any time you try to call showroom, they are ALWAYS busy!

Wide selection of bath and kitchen accessories on the both the low and high end. Would suggest making an appointment during the busy times which are Saturday's. Associates have always been helpful and spend time with you to assist in making selections. An upgrade from the home improvement box stores.
