I needed a mini-split AC/Heating unit for my home. After walking out of a different business in the past, a friend of mine recommended that I work together with Richard, and am extremely grateful he did. This was infact my second AC purchase and working with Richard B. He listened to my request and put together a detailed estimate with exactly everything I needed. He was extremely detailed to coordinate with me and was super friendly. He knows his products thoroughly, and even did a little research if he needed to confirm. Within a few days I had the equipment and supplies ready for my tech to install. What a superior sales representative!!! I wish more representatives are like him, and am looking forward to purchasing more equipment/supplies and working with Richard.

I bought a new heat blowing motor here. The broken motor was old, so I couldn't find the same one, but he recommended the motor that fits as much as possible, and I had no knowledge of the motor, so he explained my question in detail and was very kind.

Bad attitude! Don't follow up with you. I had to track them down for over a week by calling multiple times to ask if my order had arrived, without success. Finally when I was able to get on hold with the salesperson, he said that someone from Ferguson called me to let me know about my order, which is not true as nobody ever called me. I had spent few thousand dollars with them when I redid my kitchen, and my two bathrooms. At that point, they knew how to treat me "well" as I was spending my money, however when I had to replace one of faucet, which was covered under Kohler warranty, I didn't get anything else but attitude. I personally will never purchase anything at Ferguson, especially this location, ever again.
