“We had a really great experience at Fino. My husband wanted a custom tuxedo shirt and it came out great. Avrumi helped us and he guided us through the process with ease. We picked out beautiful buttons, a collar, really nice fabric for the shirt and an initial monogram for the sleeve. There was so much to choose from. When we picked it up today, it fit perfectly, the material was high quality and it looks amazing. They also do custom suits but we did not need that at the time. We will definitely go back for another shirt! Also, we are not from the Monsey community and we felt very comfortable and welcomed! Thanks Avrumi and Fino for a great experience!”

“In the mall and we hear two shots.. The young ladies working at the Glam Store, Celine, Elizabeth and Shan went into lockdown mode, rushed all of us into a rear room and were truly phenomenal! It turned out according to security that it was someone setting off fireworks, but these young women were truly remarkable! God bless them!”
“came in with my pup after doing some quick google research finding out that yes i can bring her in, awesome experience and everyone adored her, will definitely be coming back even if its just to have a quick little walk around the store ?( side note: i will add that as dog owners, please always keep in mind to make sure your pup / dog is ready for store trips, there will be other ppl, kids, dogs possibly and one wrong incident may ruin it for others, accidents obviously may happen but a well behaved doggo reflects on you as the owner 9 times out of 10 ? )”
“This is a pretty neat little store with a little something for everyone. We were in Tarrytown for a couple of days and visited the store twice. The owner is the loveliest person, so sweet and carries postcards created by local artists. My kids were able to find some nice items for their cousins and friends.”

“I give this 4 stars for now only because when I went in the store I saw a sign that says "No refund or exchange on ANY footwear" but on the receipt it says "Refunds within 7 days and exchange within 14 days with receipt and tags, unused and in original condition" so then what exactly is it then? If I try on a pair of boots/sneakers and they seem to fit me there and when I get home and start walking around with them and then start feeling uncomfortable, I can't return them?? I am not going to be walking around the store for 20 minutes to see if I feel comfortable with them. I need to try them out at least when I'm home or around around my block. It's a good thing my boots fit me perfectly, because if they didn't I would have lost $80 on them.”
“We bought a jacket for my 5yr old 13 months ago. He’s 5 and wore it to death last winter and the beginning of this winter. The zipper was always a little hard to use. It stopped zipping. I was frustrated every time I zipped it up. My son couldn’t do it at all. I knew it was out of warranty so I called customer service. They said they could repair it but it would take 8 WEEKS! Dag. Can’t do that. They said to take it to my local store and ask to exchange or return it even though it’s out of warranty. Ok? Sure. So I went to the Yonkers store. They saw the jacket and how beat up it was. Of course they were hesitant to exchange or return it. I would be too. Najib, the manager on duty came and helped my wife. Even though he was hesitant (reasonably so, my kid isn’t easy on his clothing), Najib let us exchange it. I’m writing this review to show how good a company LL Bean is and how well they handle the grey areas of retail. He could have sent us on our way but he was calm, cool and really helped us out. I’m not a jerk who takes advantage of return policies like so many people do. It’s those folks who ruin it for the rest of us. The fellows at the Yonkers store were solid. Id happily have them on my staff and the Bean should be proud to have them at the Yonkers store helping families like mine sort through tough aspects of the retail relationship. Shop here. “So I'd like to talk about the excellent service I had today. Marcus and his team are such kind and patient people. I stopped in today to pick up uniforms for my boys who are so hard to please and picky. Marcus walked me through sizes, check stock for sizes that weren't out front he even search personally for sizes I wasn't able to find. While this may seem atypical it's not. Alot of stores are lacking true patience and customer service. MARCUS is a excellent manager, and he has an A team. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR CARING IN SUCH A TRYING TIME. You guys Rock!”
