Fantastic shop. I came in with misfires / exhaust leak that were heavily misdiagnosed from another shop. This issue was quickly fixed. I even asked if they could explain to me how this happened and how to fix it if it occurs again. I will 100% return for future business.

Where do I start ! The customer service is amazing, I am unfortunately one of those customers who has a million and one questions. James answers all of them, they make sure your project “race car” or daily driver is always 100% before you go and pick up. From building my motor & Tuning my car to Issues I can’t fix I will always come back here. And without a doubt would recommend anyone with a VW/Audi or Porsche to come and get any type of work done from regular maintenance to full on track & drag builds! I been taking my Audi A3 to CasteSystems for 2 years and they are great. I stoped using the Audi dealer, because Caste is so thorough, they found things that Audi service missed.

So you live and learn. I bought an Audi A5 a few years back. We have been going to the dealer for work since we had it. My wife ran into a gentleman who recommended CSP, said the prices were fair, great mechanics, etc. When it was time to have the next service done, I drove there to make an appointment. During our time together, James said it looked like I needed brakes and rotors along with my oil change, but said he would investigate and get back to me when the car was there. James called me the next day and quoted me the brakes and rotors, along with the regular maintenance, which would be $1800. Holy S**t! I have never paid that much for work on any of my vehicles. So I had told him to do just the oil change, and I would wait on the brakes, in which he responded, " I hope you can stop," not very customer oriented. Anyway, after my $322 oil change, I won't ever go back there, I'm sure they are very talented mechanics, but I can't afford those prices.Oh, and by the way, my mechanic checked the brakes, and pads had plenty of meat on them, and rotors were just fine. Like I said earlier, " You live and learn"

Just had some routine maintenance -oil and filter change and rotors/pads replaced here. James is very professional and knowledgeable and I highly recommend this shop if you love your VW/Audi/Porsche vehicles.

True one stop shop from regular maintenance to high performance applications. James runs a great business and is very resonable priced and very reliable with time frames. Their are very few one stop shops like James that live up to what they promise.

James & Matt are simply the best. I have been taking my Porsche 911 Carrera 4 there for the past couple of years. I'm so happy to have found such knowledgeable and honest guys. I will continue to do everything possible to avoid going to the dealer for service. Caste Systems Performance is top notch when it comes to Porsche service and repairs. I went to Castle systems a couple months ago to have a few things done to my Audi A3-Quattro. They gave me a good price on the Haldax service, rear sway bar installation along with a bfi dogbone mount insert. The car handled good to begin with but now its even better and has no issues at all. Friendly, professional and quick is how I would describe Castle Systems plus if you are into the MQB platform you really need to check them out because their shop is amazing. I will definitely be back for more work during the summer time.

This is where you take your car if you want everything done textbook perfect. James is a true professional who treats every car like it is his own. His prices are more than fair and the work is done promptly. James installed a down pipe on my 2014 Audi A4 and did the stage 2 tune. Car flys like a race car (speedometer unlocked). He was even kind enough to replace my coolant tank at no extra cost and recommended a new engine air filter too. I never felt like family before at a mechanic shop.Services: Exhaust

To start, they are experts in repair and performance modifications for all the German Car brands...Porsche, Audi, Volkswagen etc.Prior to having work performed on my 2016 VW GLI I did my homework to find the best shop. I have a 1978 Volkswagen Type 2 Camper that's in mint condition but needed electrical repair. I have never trusted mechanics, always got ripped off, but these guys oh my god they will not give you the vehicle back unitl everything is fixed, and not only that they explain everything what they did, what was causing the issue, and how they fixed it. Super honest and extremely helpful. I could not ask for better specialist then them to work on my camper.
