I have been to many Valley branches over the years, this branch has consistently been great. The personnel is polite and efficient. It's what you would hope for in a local bank.

If I could give negative Stars I would. Thurs branch is never consistent. One day they will do something the next they won't. It mucus be the manager that didn't run things properly.

I can't speak for other branches, but the team at Northvale is exceptional. When I call, they answer. When I arrive in person, one individual will engage with me right away and within moments another employee will approach to weigh in and support the other. They work as a team, they are transparent and respectful, all the while getting the job done in very rapidly. I haven't had a question, concern or task yet that they weren't able to manage with obvious competence. Every interaction builds my confidence with this branch. Management take notice, these are people worth investing in.

I had a very disturbing experience here. My card got stuck in the ATM and the branch manager blamed me for it. She went as far as to threaten to shred my card and call the police when I expressed my displeasure with the situation. No apologies on her end, she only blamed me. I was shocked. Stay away from this crazy bank.
