βI was 30 miles from home and had a severe shake in the engine. I pulled into the nearest mechanic shop and the gentleman there came right out and figured out the issues within 5 minutes. βBefore coming to this shop, I went to 2 mechanics, and they weren't able to help me because of the type of transmission i had. They kept referring me to someone else. I started my search, and I came across H & S Auto Transmission. I brought my car into the shop because I was experiencing issues. It was lagging, whenever I pressed the gas pedal, the car would delay before moving forward and among other issues my car had.Now, as young woman, I donβt know much about cars, so image being refer twice and no help.I was so happy that I found someone who knew about transmissions and the different kinds.The owner explained my transmission type and why it was experiencing such issues. He gave me a better understand of what my car issues were. The owner definitely did his due diligence, in ensuring everything was running perfectly before returning the car. When I arrived to pick up my car, he provided photos and a detail log explaining everything what he found while working on my car.Their pricings are so affordable. I ended up getting a new transmission at an amazing price along with 1 year warranty.Unfortunately, I can only give a 5 star but if I could, I would have given more because I am truly satisfied with their business and how they handled everything. They are so professional, fast and honestly cares about their customers.β

βThe best auto repair in Westchester family own and operated and I've never seen a service/auto repair shop in Immaculate condition. βI highly recommend Elben Auto. I contacted them through their website to schedule a brake service. They got in touch with me right away and I was able to drop my truck off within 3 days.
It only got better from there. I dropped my truck off before work and they had it ready for me to pick up the same day on my lunch break. They also came in under their estimate and the price was extremely reasonable.β

βI came here to get my entire transmission replaced. Oscar was informative throughout the entire process. He always kept me updated as soon as any new information came in. After my service, I had no issues and my transmission feels great and Oscar said that if any issues came up to give him a call and he'd solve it. Even after that service he still values me as one of his customers. I haven't gone to any other mechanic since. I highly recommend him!!!β
βThese guys are honest. My dad was a mechanic so I know some of the tricks to Jack up your bill. I was out of town and put a huge nail in my tire. I didn't notice until the next day. I called up on a Monday morning. Usually everyone was swamped. These guys took me right away. I was in and out in 20 minutes. These guys are awesome!β
