I was also able to get 24 hr access for a small fee. Most places do not offer 24 hr access so this is a nice perk that further sets this facility apart.”

“I had to move out of the northeast somewhat unexpectedly after being laid off earlier this year, and I knew at the time it would probably be more beneficial to leave most of my belongings behind instead of doing a temporary cross-country relocation just to have to move again in a few months. But this Extra Space Storage really exceeded my expectations and made the initial renting, duration of the rent, and move-out so smooth. The manager, Kay, really was a huge help when I was trying to plan our move-out. She helped coordinate everything very easily, communicated when she received my key so my movers could get access, and helped them with getting access to the unit. My movers had great things to say over the phone about the cleanliness of the whole facility. I'm so happy with the experience that I'm going to get another unit at Extra Space here in Texas. The place is a bit old and some units dont have top coverings. Not gonna lie, i was a little scared walking down the storage units, but overall the process to get a unit and going thru paperwork was easy peezy. Jorge/Gorge was awesome, thank you so much!”
