“Today was my first time at Fur the love of pets. What a welcoming environment from the moment you enter and are greeted by John. My little Yorkie, Riley, is one of those in constant motion. Lisa was her groomer and was fabulous and on point with everything. Her haircut was perfect. Also, I love that the dogs aren’t crated and might I say, this is the first grooming salon that I’ve ever been to that does this. I’ve already booked Riley’s second appointment. If I could give 10 stars, I would.”

They also have other options for order such as pick-up and online. The communication is great with text messages for any availability changes or updates. I discovered the store after watching the Netflix movie, "Pet Fooled" and looking for a specific brand of holistic grain-free or raw food and this store had it. They have tons of options and always willing to help or guide you into finding something. It's the Whole Foods market for pets :)”

Dina did a beautiful job grooming him and he was very happy when he came home I was so relieved it is scary leaving your pet with a new person. “I had an urgent surgery scheduled last minute and didn’t have anyone to care for my dog. Manor Crest Kennel took him in on a last minute basis, at a reasonable affordable price, and took great care of him. I have an intact large dog that is good with people but not other dogs and struggled to find a facility that would even have the means to take him, never mind that had availability and wasn’t an absurd amount of money. I was able to leave detailed feeding and care instructions for the kennel while a friend dropped off my dog. They were able to handle feeding him his raw food diet and accommodate his need to not be allowed around other dogs. My dog came home happy and the owner only had good things to say about him which is always nice. I can’t say enough good things about them and will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you again Manor Crest Kennel for giving me peace of mind during and extremely difficult time and taking such good care of my dog! (picture is of my dog at the park after being picked up, this is not the kennel location and he was not taken off grounds by the kennel)”

“My cat is a fussy eater. This store is local and carries a lot of options to pick from for both my cat and dog. There are also a lot of treats, toys. Although not today, I have used the self service bathing which is convenient and easy. Towels are a little rough and you also have to request more because there are never enough- but of course it’s not a spa! Sometimes I bring my own too. Staff is helpful and easy to find.”

“I called the store ahead of going there to find out what puppies were available. The staff member was very helpful and honest, and provided all the info I asked including prices of puppies. When we arrived at the store, we were impressed with how clean the cages were and the overall appearance of all the puppies. Since the puppy was for my daughter, she was the one to choose which puppy she wanted. She adopted a 4 month old male Pomeranian. He was very friendly, clean and healthy looking when taken out of the cage. We took him to our veterinarian who give the puppy a clean bill of health. Our veterinarian commented on how nice the puppy's skin looked, and did not find any health issues with the puppy. The puppy is sweet, friendly and very social! Highly recommend Troy's for an experienced dog owner seeking to adopt a small breed dog.”

“I love this place! I've been coming here exclusively for over a decade for all my pet needs and have never encountered an issue. Everyone who works there is knowledgeable and friendly. They really care about their customers. As an example, they will tell me if a fish I want to buy is not doing well for some reason. One time someone asked if they sold cats and the staff directed them to local shelters. I love how ethical they are! I will continue coming here and nowhere else, nothing in the area compared to Pets Place IIThey specialize in fish, reptiles, birds, and small mammals. While they have dog and cat food, it's definitely not their specialty. But other than that, this is the place to go!”
